What it is

AICoursify is an AI course creator for people who want a finished course without writing it from scratch: independent creators, authors and coaches who sell courses, educators, and training teams turning manuals and procedures into lessons. The home page sums it up simply: the creator types a topic, the AI course generator writes the lessons, quizzes, slides and voiceover, and the creator reviews, publishes and sells the result worldwide. It is an authoring tool first. In the company's own words, "Course platforms host a course that exists; AiCoursify makes the course, then exports it to whichever platform you like." The home page says it is trusted by 8,000+ creators, and its counters show 20K+ courses created and 56 languages. Its founder writes on the company blog that the product was built because teams were spending weeks migrating into a platform before checking that their course structure actually worked, and describes it as an accelerator for course creation and for validating structure, assessment logic and delivery flow early.

Building a course

The workflow has three steps on the home page. A creator types a course topic or title, or uploads source material. The AI engine then builds structured modules, microlearning lessons and video scripts. The finished course is exported to an LMS, a website or a marketplace. The FAQ says a generated course includes a course outline, written lessons, audio lessons and PowerPoint presentations.

Several dedicated solutions walk through single jobs. The AI Course Generator takes a topic and returns a full outline and written lessons. Turn a PDF Into a Course takes an uploaded manual or guide and returns structured lessons. The AI Quiz Generator builds assessments from the lesson text, "not generic banks." The AI Training Course Builder turns SOPs into role-specific onboarding with knowledge checks. The AI Lesson Plan Generator produces objectives, activities and timings for teachers, and the AI Ebook Generator exports the course as an ebook for use as a lead magnet. The footer also lists an AI Lead Magnet Generator and an AI Course Creator.

Assessments get their own tools. Quizzes can mix multiple-choice, true/false and short answer questions, aim at cognitive levels from recall to analysis and evaluation, and can be edited after generation. The assignment builder writes practical tasks with grading rubrics; the example on the home page is a content marketing assignment in three parts with a rubric weighting audience analysis, content strategy and implementation.

Audio is a selling point. AICoursify converts text lessons into audio with a choice of premium AI voices, and the FAQ says creators can train the system on their own voice so narration sounds like them; voice cloning is listed as a feature. One click turns course content into a PowerPoint deck, with the AI choosing layouts, colors and slide structure, ready to download for classroom or online delivery. An AI lesson editor refines clarity and structure, checks alignment with the course's learning objectives, and offers one-click options to add examples, simplify language, add statistics or make a passage more engaging. A testimonial from an online educator on the home page also mentions a drag-and-drop builder.

The finished course is described as interactive, with assessments, assignments, audio lessons and interactive elements across desktop and mobile app experiences. For delivery elsewhere, the features menu lists SCORM export, and a course creator quoted on the home page credits the free AI tools and SCORM compatibility with saving time. An ebook or PDF edition of a course is part of the offer as well.

A mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android, marked new on the home page, supports full course creation, offline access, push notifications and sync with the web app, so a course started on a laptop can be continued on a phone.

Pricing and the free tier

The home page's comparison table gives the price as $49/mo flat and lists 21+ free tools that can be used before paying. Free tools linked from the footer include a lead magnet generator, a course outline builder, course title ideas, a course quiz creator, a keyword planner and a course competitor analysis. The FAQ says the free plan lets a creator see a preview of the course, and the home page puts that free AI course preview at up to 4000 words of lesson content with no credit card needed. Exporting complete courses and the fuller feature set sit on the premium plans, according to the FAQ, although the home page also invites creators to start selling with the free AI tier. The home page tagline promises that a creator can sell the finished course and keep 85%. The site menu also shows a Lifetime option, and the footer links to a refund policy, a privacy policy and a page for deleting data.

What users say

Three testimonials appear on the home page. Sarah Johnson, an online educator, says she "created an entire mini-course generator for my students in just 3 to 5 hours." Michael Chen, a course creator, credits the free tools and SCORM compatibility and says his students like the generated materials. Emma Rodriguez, a content creator, writes that as "an author with expertise but no teaching background", the tool "bridged the gap perfectly" and that she now sells online courses.

Who it suits and who it does not

AICoursify suits a solo creator, coach or author who knows a subject but not course design, and wants a complete first draft of a course, with quizzes, assignments, slides and narration, in hours rather than weeks. It also suits trainers who need to turn PDFs, manuals and SOPs into onboarding lessons with knowledge checks, and teachers who want lesson plans and quizzes quickly. The SCORM export lets a training team build in AICoursify and deliver through its own LMS, and the free preview makes it cheap to test the output before paying.

The caveats come with generated content. Everything the AI writes still needs review by someone who knows the subject, especially for compliance or technical training, and the company's own blog stresses that AI speeds iteration but human review for accuracy is still needed. The free tier shows a preview rather than a finished, exportable course, so a real evaluation of the export means moving to a paid plan.
