What Techademy is
Techademy is a training company with two sides. For individuals it runs live, instructor-led certification courses, best known for the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMP and other agile and project management credentials. For employers it sells a learning platform that combines training, hands-on labs, assessments and analytics. The About page describes "30+ Years of Enterprise Skilling. Now, AI Powered." and says the company grew "From the legacy of IIHT to a global skilling ecosystem", serving "enterprises, higher education institutions, and individual learners". The footer names the company as Techademy Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd and lists contact lines in the USA and India.
The homepage claims "750K+ learners" and describes Techademy as an "Authorized Training Partner of PMI, Scrum Alliance, IIBA & More". The footer adds that Techademy is "a Registered Education Ally (REA) of Scrum Alliance".
Certification courses for individuals
The footer's list of top courses is CSM, CSPO, PMP, PSM, PSPO, ICP-ACC, POPM and Six Sigma Green Belt training, and learner reviews mention a SAFe course too. The homepage's popular courses show the format and length of each: the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course runs 16 hours with 22987 enrolled; the Project Management Professional (PMP) course runs 36 hours with 35787 enrolled and starts from $599; and a newer line of AI courses includes the Certified AI Native Scrum Master (12 hours, from ₹21,999), Certified AI Native Project Manager and Certified AI Native Business Analyst (12 hours each), and the Certified AI Solutions Architect (84 hours, from ₹237,000).
The CSM page shows how a flagship course is put together. It promises "16 Contact Hours of Live, Instructor-Led Training" taught by Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainers (CSTs), sessions that are "Live, guaranteed-to-run", and "Work-based learning with role-plays, case studies, games, and simulations". The course states that learners "Gain 16 PDUs and 16 SEUs". The exam fee is included in the course fee, and so is a 2-year Scrum Alliance membership. Exam practice comes as "4 full-length mock tests with 300+Qs premium question bank, and daily doubt sessions". After class there is mentorship, "unlimited Scrum-enablement sessions", live Gen AI sessions for Scrum Masters, and a Jira Bootcamp with 12 hours of live sessions. Career support includes LinkedIn profile help and "access to 1,500+ job listings for scrum master jobs".
The syllabus runs in six modules: Agile and Scrum overview, Scrum roles, Scrum ceremonies, continued improvement, scaling Scrum, and real-world application. The page says there are no formal prerequisites, recommends basic Scrum knowledge, and names project managers, product owners, business analysts, developers, QA engineers, agile coaches and team leads as the audience.
Guarantee and pricing
Techademy backs the CSM with a "100% Money Back Guarantee". The page spells out the terms: if you fail the CSM exam on the first attempt, you get a retake "with one on one mentor support", and "if you still don't pass on your second attempt, we'll refund your full payment". The page also lists a "100% Pass Guarantee" among the course highlights; both are stated for the CSM course.
The CSM page lists the Live Online Classroom at 17,135, down from 22,999 ("Save 25%"), or "As low as" 2,855 a month. The page prints these with a dollar sign, but the homepage shows the same course as "Start from ₹ 17,135", so the figures are rupees. Prices for other courses appear on their own course pages. The footer links a Cancellation & Refund Policy, and a disclaimer notes that Techademy "reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events in case of insufficient registrations", which sits a little awkwardly beside the guaranteed-to-run promise. Undecided learners can "Book a Free 15-Minute Call with Our Expert Career Advisors".
The enterprise platform
The enterprise page describes a platform that covers hiring, learning, practice, assessment, certification and deployment. On the hiring side it offers "End-to-end AI-powered Recruiting", "Role Based Hiring Assessments" and "Hackathons for Hiring". On the learning side, companies get role-based paths and "Academies" in data science, generative AI, cloud and DevOps, programming and development, cybersecurity, project management, leadership and testing.
Practice and assessment are where the platform goes furthest. The site lists integrated on-demand cloud labs ("6500+ labs"), adaptive assessments ("Evaluations that adjust to learner's performance and progress"), project-based assessments that "Assess complex, real-world projects with multi-file support", automated code quality reports, live coding interviews, unified learner analytics, and "3rd eye proctoring" with "multi-angle surveillance" to protect assessment integrity. An AI assistant called Copilot is "Your AI-driven learning assistant that personalizes training journeys, offering adaptive support and insights." Third-party integrations are listed as a feature without naming specific systems.
For CSM and similar courses bought for teams, the corporate option adds private cohorts, advanced learner analytics, skills assessment and benchmarking, platform integration capabilities and dedicated success managers.
The About page sets out the operating model: "Omni-Channel Delivery" through instructor-led, self-paced, blended and virtual formats; learning journeys "Tailored by role, skill, and business objective"; "Enterprise-Grade Assessments" covering technical, behavioral, competency and deployment-readiness evaluations; and pre-configured frameworks and job-role libraries meant to cut time-to-skill. It says the platform suits programs "for 100 or 100,000 learners".
Scale and track record
The company's numbers vary by page. The About page cites "the trust of over 300 enterprise clients", "1M+ Skilled professionals", "5M+ Assessments administered", "5 Brandon Hall Awards" and "20+ Countries enabled with skilling outcomes". The enterprise page lists "8000+ Subject Experts", "1M+ Learners" and "70+ Technologies", and its case studies describe boosting QA productivity by 20% "across 10,000+ engineers" and moving 8000 non-tech staff into tech roles. The instructor recruitment page cites 500+ instructors, 200+ courses, 150+ live workshops and 100+ countries.
Client voices on the enterprise page include a learning and development manager at Amazon's Leadership Institute, who credits Techademy with "exceptional adaptability" and describes it customizing training to the team's needs, working closely with in-house tech experts and adding extra coaching. Experienced trainers can also apply to teach through the "Become an Instructor" program, which offers flexible scheduling and pay.
Who it suits
For an individual, Techademy fits a professional who wants a live, short-format certification class, especially the CSM, with the exam fee, membership, mock tests and a refund-backed retake bundled together. PMP candidates get a longer 36-hour course, and the AI Native courses add newer topics for Scrum Masters, project managers and analysts.
For an L&D or talent team in a larger company, the enterprise platform covers more than courses: hiring assessments, labs, proctored coding tests and analytics in one place, aimed at getting technical staff deployment-ready.
It is a less obvious choice for someone who only wants cheap self-study material, because the flagship products are live, scheduled classes, and for buyers who want published per-seat pricing, since enterprise terms start with a demo request.
