It is a learner product, aimed at working professionals preparing for an exam, with a corporate training track for companies sending groups.

Formats
Sprintzeal says it runs its programs in three modes of study, namely classroom training, live virtual classroom training and online training, at various schedules around the world. The home page adds "100,000 Online Videos" and "Lifetime Access," and course pages list four options: Classroom Training, Online Instructor-Led Training, Online Self-Paced Training and Onsite Training. Corporate training is "Customized to your team's needs," and the CCNA page offers groups "additional discount" when you train with colleagues.
A course up close: CCNA
The CCNA page, shown for the Lausanne, Switzerland schedule, gives the clearest picture of what a Sprintzeal course includes and costs.
Key features: a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee," an "Official CCNA-Aligned Curriculum," "Hands-On Lab Practice," "1000+ Mock Exam Prep Questions," "1 Year FREE E-learning Access" and real-world networking scenarios. The page also says you get "LMS Videos for lifetime access" and advertises "Get 2 FREE Online Self Learning Course Access" as a limited-time offer.
Prices for that city:
- Live Online Training, CHF 1916 (shown against CHF 2874, "33% OFF"), marked Popular: "40 Hours of Live Online Training," official study materials and LMS access, practice tests and mock exams, hands-on lab exercises and exam support.
- Classroom Training, CHF 4849 (against CHF 7274, "33% OFF"): "5 Days Classroom Training" at a tentative venue on Avenue de la Gare in Lausanne, with hands-on networking labs and case studies.
- Corporate Training: customized, with on-demand video access, priced on contact.
The page carries a "Lowest Price Guaranteed" banner. The Cisco exam fee is separate: "CCNA Exam Cost: $300 USD (taxes may apply)," payable with Cisco Learning Credits.
Syllabus: the six domains of the CCNA 200-301 v1.1 exam with their weights (Network Fundamentals 20%, Network Access 20%, IP Connectivity 25%, IP Services 10%, Security Fundamentals 15%, Automation and Programmability 10%), and topics such as IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting, VLANs and inter-VLAN routing, OSPFv2, ACLs, VPNs, AAA and wireless security. The page is up to date on Cisco's changes: it explains that CCNA v2.0 replaces v1.1 from 3 February 2027, with five domains, including a new AI and network operations section.
Exam facts: 120 minutes, multiple choice, drag-and-drop and simulation questions, in English and Japanese, taken at a Pearson VUE center or online with OnVUE. A failed candidate can retake "after a period of five (5) calendar days," and the certification is valid for 3 years, renewable with 30 Continuing Education credits, a qualifying exam, or a mix.
What you receive: "When you complete the CCNA training course, you will receive a CCNA course completion certificate from Sprintzeal." The page is clear that Sprintzeal does not administer the exam: "The CCNA credential itself is issued only by Cisco." It also stops short of a job promise, saying it "cannot offer a 100% legal guarantee" of a job after the course.
Trainer: the page introduces Hammad Afridi, described as a PMP-certified infrastructure expert "with over seven years of experience," whose work includes FIFA World Cup 2022 projects and who holds MCSA, MCSE, CCNA and CCNP Security.
Accreditation and ratings
The home page says: "We are an ATO (Accredited Training Organization) of AXELOS, a Registered Education Provider of PMI, and CompTIA Authorized Training Partner." The CCNA page describes the company as "accredited by institutions like PMI and PeopleCert (the current owner of AXELOS)." The home page reports an award as "Best Emerging E-learning Training by the DNA (Daily News and Analysis) and Stars of the Industry Group." The CCNA page shows ratings of 4.8 for training, 4.6 on YouTube, 4.7 on Trustpilot and 4.4 on Google, and a second scale claim: "Trained over 126000+ Working professionals across 143 Countries."
Support
Course pages invite learners to contact the team "by phone or chat," list a toll-free number and a support email, and offer a "Talk to our advisor" form. The site footer links to a refund policy and an FAQ.
Who it suits
Sprintzeal suits a professional who wants an instructor-led class toward a specific certificate and values choice: live online, a classroom in their city, or self-paced video. Its catalog is broad in project management, ITIL and ISO standards, where its PMI and AXELOS-related partnerships apply, and in security and Cisco networking. Teams can book onsite or customized corporate courses. Learners comparing providers should look at the exact fee for their city and format, since the CCNA page shows how far live online and classroom prices differ.
