What QRP International is

QRP International is a training provider for project, program and IT service management certifications. Its Belgian site, in English, French and Dutch, sells classroom courses, virtual classes, in-company training, consultancy and the self-paced e-learning described here. It is a product for the LEARNER: a project manager, PMO analyst or IT service professional who needs a recognized certificate such as PRINCE2 or ITIL and wants to study around a job, plus the employer who books training for a team. The site's country menu shows QRP operating local sites for Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Switzerland and the Netherlands, along with an international site.

The e-learning page opens with the pitch in Dutch: "Op zoek naar een flexibele en effectieve manier om gecertificeerd te worden?" (looking for a flexible and effective way to get certified?), and answers that with QRP's e-learning you can study anytime and anywhere at your own pace.

The course catalog

The menus list a broad range of frameworks, most with Foundation, Practitioner and "Combi" (both levels together) options:

• Project management: PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, AgilePM, Open PM² (the PM² method), PMP and CAPM exam preparation, and a PM course for hospitals.
• AI: AI-Driven Project Manager (AIPM) and Cognitive Project Management in AI (CPMAI).
• Agile and DevOps: Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, Leading SAFe, DevOps Foundation and DevOps Leader.
• IT service management and governance: ITIL Foundation (version 5), the ITIL 4 Managing Professional and Strategic Leader modules, COBIT 2019 Foundation, TOGAF, and CISA and CISM for information security.
• Change management: Change Management Foundation and Practitioner, and Agile Change Agent.
• Program, portfolio and PMO: MSP, MoP and P3O.

The ITIL line is the deepest. Besides ITIL Foundation (version 5) and an ITIL 4 Foundation e-learning, the menu lists the ITIL 4 Managing Professional modules (Create, Deliver & Support; Drive Stakeholder Value; High Velocity IT; Direct, Plan & Improve) and the Strategic Leader path with Digital and IT Strategy. TOGAF runs from Foundation to TOGAF Certified, and Change Management, MSP, MoP and P3O each come at Foundation and Practitioner level or as a combined course.

Not every course is offered as e-learning. The e-learning price table covers a specific set, listed below, and the rest are taught as classroom or virtual courses.

How the e-learning works

QRP describes its e-learning as "volledig geaccrediteerde" (fully accredited) and developed by its own internal experts, who took the content from the official syllabus and turned it into an interactive online course. The page says the course prepares you fully for the exam or exams, and describes self-paced study as "de perfecte manier om theoretische kennis op te doen" (the perfect way to gain theoretical knowledge) in a structured form. Individual learning, the page adds, gives you the freedom to study at your own pace and fit training around your personal schedule, which is the main reason to choose it over a fixed class date.

The structure has several parts:

• Videos. Experts created a series of clear, interactive videos that explain the method, both to pass the exam and to apply the techniques on real projects.
• Interactive material and exercises. Readings explain key concepts in more depth, useful if you want to know how the method is applied in practice.
• Practice exam questions. Each lesson includes multiple-choice questions that simulate the real exam; the French page adds project scenario exercises.
• MemoTrainer. QRP uses the MemoTrainer system, which the page says challenges learners through selective repetition and smart exercises to activate knowledge and build long-term memory.
• Expert support. If you have a question about a lesson you have just completed, you can email an expert and get an answer back by email. The Dutch page promises "Je krijgt binnen 48 uur (werkdagen) antwoord" (you get an answer within 48 hours, on working days).

You get 24/7 access to the learning platform and 12 months to complete a course (6 months for AIPM), with your own schedule inside that window. A free demo lesson lets you try the format first. Training sessions also run on iPhone, iPad and Android devices; otherwise a PC with internet and an up-to-date browser, such as Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer, is all you need.

The exam is included

Each e-learning package includes the online exam. The page explains that exams are taken online with ProctorU remote proctoring technology, so you choose the time and place. Exams can be taken 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a webcam and a reliable high-speed internet connection. That removes the trip to a test center and makes the price a complete package for course and exam.

Beyond e-learning

The services menu lists virtual training, on-site classroom training, in-company training and consultancy, so a team can mix formats: e-learning for some staff, a private class for others. The footer links to pages on QRP's pass rates ("Slagingspercentages" / "Taux de réussite") and on how long each certification stays valid, which helps when planning renewals. A September "Back to School" banner promotes starting an e-learning course then, and a separate banner promotes the virtual classes.

Who it suits

QRP's e-learning suits a working professional in Belgium or a neighboring market who wants a PRINCE2, ITIL, AgilePM or PM² certificate, prefers to study alone over a few months, and likes a single price that includes the exam. Courses in both English and French make it practical for bilingual teams, and since the exam is part of the package and sat online, nobody has to travel to a test center or wait for a scheduled exam session. The AIPM and CPMAI courses give project managers a structured route into AI project work. Learners who need a teacher in the room can switch to QRP's virtual or classroom courses, which the same site sells.
