Invensis Learning

Tap a star to rate

Invensis Learning is a certification training company that prepares working professionals and enterprise teams for exams in project management, Agile, IT service management, DevOps, IT governance and quality management. Its home page describes 60+ accredited certification programs "led by expert practitioners" and delivered across 100+ countries, with training offered to individuals as well as to whole departments. It is a learner product first: someone who needs a PMP, a PRINCE2 Foundation, an ITIL 4 badge or a DevOps Foundation certificate books a scheduled course with an instructor, studies with the official courseware, and sits the exam. A second strand serves L&D teams that want a private cohort shaped around their own projects and tools.

What the catalog covers

The home page groups the courses into six practice areas and prints a course count for each:

  • Agile (9 courses): Scrum and Agile certifications including CSM, CSPO and PMI-ACP.
  • Project Management (16 courses): PMP, CAPM and PRINCE2, described as "PMI and AXELOS-accredited certifications".
  • ITSM (6 courses): ITIL 4 and ITIL 5, described as PeopleCert-accredited.
  • Quality Management (17 courses): Lean Six Sigma Yellow, Green and Black Belt programs, described as IASSC-accredited, plus related titles such as Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, Lean Fundamentals and VSM training.
  • DevOps (5 courses): DevOps Foundation, Observability Foundation, DevOps Master, AWS DevOps and Azure DevOps.
  • IT Governance (3 courses): COBIT and security certifications.

The footer's popular-course list adds Change Management, SIAM, MS Project, Project Management Fundamentals, Lean Project Management and Scrum Fundamentals.

The DevOps track in detail

The DevOps track, as the company presents it on its Philippines site, shows how one practice area is put together and covers the most technical part of the catalog. DevOps Foundation and Observability Foundation are 16-hour instructor-led courses tied to the DevOps Institute, whose programs the page says are administered through PeopleCert. DevOps Master is a 16-hour advanced course leading to an EXIN certification "validated through a scenario-based exam rather than definitions recall". AWS DevOps and Azure DevOps are 8-hour, one-day skills courses covering CodePipeline and CloudFormation on AWS, and Azure Pipelines and ARM/Bicep on Azure.

A comparison table sets out what each course leads to. DevOps Foundation has no prerequisite ("IT familiarity helpful") and its exam is listed as 40 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes. The AWS and Azure courses carry "No exam · certificate of completion", so they build skills rather than award a vendor credential. DevOps Master has no formal prerequisite, though accredited training is recommended. The page also maps roles to paths: a software developer starts with DevOps Foundation and moves to the AWS or Azure course, an SRE starts with Observability Foundation and moves to DevOps Master, and an engineering leader goes from Foundation to Master.

How the training is delivered

Every course runs in four formats, which the home page says share "the same accredited curriculum and expert instruction in every mode":

  • Live virtual training: interactive online sessions with a live instructor. The DevOps page lists access to course materials, practice exams and session recordings, and weekday and weekend batches aligned to the local time zone.
  • Classroom training: face-to-face sessions with group exercises, offered in major cities where available.
  • Corporate group training: private programs delivered online or at the client's office or venue, customized to the team's pipeline, platforms and maturity, with post-training support.
  • Focused 1-to-1 training: a dedicated instructor, with the pace, depth and schedule set by the learner.

Around the sessions, the site promises official courseware approved by PMI, PeopleCert, EXIN and other certification bodies, complimentary access to practice tests, study guides and learning assets, and "retrospective sessions" after training that focus on applying the concepts to real projects. One Trustpilot review on the home page mentions a learning kit with exam questions and an included exam voucher. Trainers are presented as certified industry practitioners; the site counts 500+ certified trainers and, on the home page, says its trainers have 12+ years of delivery and consulting experience.

For L&D and enterprise teams

The corporate offer is aimed at L&D leaders, engineering managers and procurement teams. The DevOps page walks through six business problems, from slow manual releases to DevOps that never scales beyond a few teams, and maps each to a recommended course and a set of KPIs such as deployment frequency, lead time for changes and mean time to restore. Programs can be shaped for industries ranging from banking and healthcare to government and IT-BPM, and the page describes assessment-led support to evaluate progress and find skill gaps. Cohort scope, delivery mode and commercials are confirmed at proposal stage. A free 20-minute call with an enterprise learning advisor maps a team's needs to a program, timeline and rough cost with "no proposal fee", and individual learners can book a 15-minute advisor call to choose a course.

Accreditations, prices and track record

The home page lists six bodies and the status it holds with each:

  • PMI: Premier Authorized Training Partner (ATP - 4177)
  • AXELOS: Accredited Training Organization
  • PeopleCert: Accredited Training Partner
  • DevOps Institute: Training Partner
  • EXIN: Accredited Partner
  • IASSC: Training Partner

Prices are published per course and per region, as "starts from" figures. On the Philippines DevOps page, DevOps Foundation starts from PHP 77,670, Observability Foundation and DevOps Master from PHP 83,770 each, and the one-day AWS DevOps and Azure DevOps courses from PHP 35,030 each, with the next cohorts listed for early October 2026. Corporate programs are quoted. The footer links to a Refund Policy and a Rescheduling Policy, and the home page carries a "Training Satisfaction Guaranteed" promise: "If the training doesn't meet expectations, we'll make it right."

The company's own figures are 100K+ alumni, a 4.6-star training rating, a 98% training satisfaction rate, a 98% pass rate, 10+ languages of delivery and 12+ years in the business. A ratings block elsewhere on the home page shows 230K+ "happy learners" and 99% satisfaction. The DevOps page adds 4,500+ enterprise clients and 50,000+ certifications earned. A world map lists learner numbers by country, led by India with 237,213+, the USA with 122,072+, the UK with 87,450+, the UAE with 64,890+ and Canada with 56,340+. The page also shows logos of organizations whose professionals it has trained, including Intel, Amazon, IBM, Cisco, Oracle and the United Nations. Support runs through an enquiry form, live chat, email and regional phone lines for the USA, Switzerland, Australia, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Poland, the UK and India.

Who it suits

Invensis Learning fits a professional who needs a recognized credential on a schedule: a project manager preparing for the PMP or PRINCE2, an IT service manager taking ITIL 4, a quality lead working toward a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or a developer or operations engineer starting with DevOps Foundation, which needs no prior certification. Weekend batches and live virtual delivery suit people who study around a full-time job, and the 1-to-1 format suits anyone who wants an instructor's full attention before an advanced exam such as DevOps Master.

It also fits L&D teams that want one provider to certify a cohort across several frameworks at once, with private delivery and a proposal tied to measurable goals. The caveat is format: this is scheduled, instructor-led training, so a learner looking for a cheap self-paced video library will find the model and the price points built for something else.
