What It Is

Trainocate is an IT training company that runs scheduled, instructor-led certification courses for technology professionals and their employers. Its home page calls it a "Worldwide Leader in People, Technology and Business Training" and says it partners with "world's leading big tech companies", adding that "The companies you know are our partners." The vendors named in the site footer are AWS, Cisco, EC Council, Google Cloud, Microsoft, NetApp, Splunk and Trend Micro, and the page title adds Palo Alto Networks and Nutanix.

There are two buyers. An IT professional can sign up for a scheduled public course in a vendor technology and sit the related exam. An organization can buy training for its staff: the home page offers "Curriculum tailored to your organization, delivered with white-glove service and support" under the heading "Supporting the nation's top enterprises". The company runs a separate Vietnam site with the same catalog.

Delivery Formats

Each course card shows two delivery options: ILT, instructor-led training, and VILT, virtual instructor-led training. Both are live classes with a trainer; the difference is whether the learner attends in person or joins online. The cards also state the course length in days, and several are marked "HRDC Claimable". Beyond courses, the site lists services for remote labs, a testing center, facilities rental, free workshops and events.

Course lengths on the featured cards include:

  • Architecting on AWS, 3 days, which the site says helps solutions architects and developers design cloud infrastructure using AWS core services, networking, security, storage and databases.
  • Amazon SageMaker Studio for Data Scientists, 3 days, covering the machine learning lifecycle from data preparation and model development through tuning and deployment.
  • CompTIA Security+, 5 days, which the site says "provides global benchmark for best practices in IT network and operational security, one of the fastest growing fields in IT."
  • Red Hat OpenShift Administration II: Configuring a Production Cluster, 4 days.
  • Enterprise Backup Recovery, 5 days, on data deduplication, cloud backup, archiving and replication.
  • MS-721T00 Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer, 5 days, on Microsoft Teams communications systems.
  • A one-day course on Microsoft 365 Copilot use cases, with hands-on exercises in different scenarios.
  • Configure secure access to your workloads using Azure virtual networking, 1 day, on network security groups, firewalls, VPNs and private endpoints.

The Catalog

The course menu is grouped into categories, each with popular courses and their codes.

Programming and Development is the most relevant group for this directory's coding readers. It lists AWS-DEV: Developing on AWS, AI-200T00: Develop AI cloud solutions on Azure, Java SE: Programming I and II (D102470 and D102474), and GCPDEVA: Developing Applications with Google Cloud.

DevOps lists AZ-400T00: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions, AWS-DEVOPS: DevOps Engineering on AWS, DevOps Leader, DevOps Foundation and DevSecOps Foundation.

AI and Machine Learning includes AI-103T00: Develop AI apps and agents on Azure, AB-900T00 on Microsoft 365 and AI administration, Machine Learning Engineering on AWS, Machine Learning on Google Cloud, GAA-C01 Generative Engineer and Google's Generative AI Leader.

Data spans several groups: Building Data Analytics Solutions Using Amazon Redshift, CompTIA Data+ and DataX, Microsoft Fabric analytics and data engineering (including DP-700T00), Power BI (PL-300T00), Data Engineering on AWS and on Google Cloud, Azure SQL (DP-300T00), Oracle Database administration and PL/SQL, and MySQL for administrators.

Cloud Computing includes CEA-C01 Cloud Engineer, AWS Technical Essentials, CompTIA Cloud+ and Architecting with Google Compute Engine.

Cyber Security includes AWS Security Essentials, CISA, CEH v13, CISM, FortiOS Administrator v7.6 and SC-200T00 Microsoft Security Operations Analyst, and IT Governance adds CGEIT, COBIT 2019 Foundation, COBIT5 Implementation, CRISC and Microsoft Purview (SC-401T00).

Infrastructure and Networking includes Windows Server hybrid core infrastructure administration, CompTIA A+ and Tech+, Microsoft 365 endpoint and administrator courses, Red Hat System Administration I, Azure networking (AZ-700T00), CCNA, CompTIA Network+, and Cisco ENCOR and ENSLD. VMware vSphere courses cover installation and troubleshooting on version 8.

Outside IT, the catalog covers business applications (Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365), ITIL 4 and ITIL Foundation (Version 5) for service management, PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner and CompTIA Project+ for project management, and Professional Scrum courses for agile teams, including Applying Professional Scrum for Software Development.

Certification Focus

Nearly every course maps to a vendor or industry certification, and the home page invites learners to "Get certified by global certification bodies and deepen your expertise." A second heading, "Asia's Top Acquired Skills", promotes "industry-recognized technology learning paths." The site also lists a testing center among its services. The Vietnam site's articles cover AWS certification, ISACA certifications for 2026, cybersecurity certifications, and data and AI certifications from AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Databricks, CompTIA and Splunk.

For newcomers to cloud, the Vietnam site's articles point to AWS Technical Essentials as an entry course ("Spend a day on the AWS technical essentials online course at Trainocate"), compare it with the Cloud Practitioner track, and introduce AWS Business Essentials for people on the business side. An "Azure Cloud For All" article says Trainocate works "in partnership with Microsoft" to bring "latest and advanced Azure training programs", and other articles cover soft skills and leadership for managers.

The Company

The home page sets out its track record under the headings Countries, Years Of Experience, People Trained, Certified Trainers, Corporate Clients and Vendors, and the About section links to awards, history and milestones, the team and careers. The footer links to a PDPA page on personal data protection and to copyright and trademark notices, and a newsletter sign-up promises news of courses and events.

Pricing

The home page and course cards show no prices. Learners go to the course schedules to book a public class, the footer links to a payment policies page and a My Account area, and organizations use the contact form for tailored programs.

Who It Suits

Trainocate suits working IT professionals who need a vendor certification and prefer a few intensive days with a live trainer, either in a classroom or online, over months of self-study. A developer preparing for AWS, Azure or Google Cloud development exams, an engineer moving into DevOps, or a database administrator working with Oracle or Azure SQL will find matching courses. It also suits companies that want to train a team on a specific vendor platform and have the curriculum adjusted to them.

It is less suited to beginners who want to learn to program from scratch, since the courses assume a working IT background and are built around vendor products and exams. Learners who want to compare costs up front will need to check the schedule or contact the company.
