What It Is

Thinkcloudly is an online IT training provider that teaches through live, instructor-led classes and aims squarely at career changers. Its home page headline is "Transform your career in tech- Even without an IT Background", and it promises to help learners "Master in-demand skills in Agentic AI, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity & more with Thinkcloudly's IT certification online training. Live classes & career support." The reader is someone, often from outside IT, who wants a vendor certification and a first job in cloud, DevOps, security or data, and who wants a guided program with an instructor rather than a self-study library.

The site states its scale in several places: "Trusted by 20,000+ career switchers worldwide", 20k+ career transitions, 300+ hiring partners, 140+ industry experts, 5+ countries, and "10+ Years of Expert Excellence". A heading on the home page describes it as an "ISACA Accredited Online Learning Platform", and it shows ratings of 4.7 out of 5 on Trustpilot and 4.9 out of 5 on Google. The footer names the company as Thinkcloudly Learning Institute.

What It Teaches

The program menu is organized into categories: AI and Data Science, Cloud Security, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cyber Security, Database, Programming, DevOps, RPA, Management, Network, ServiceNow and Software Testing, plus a set of Job Seeker's Packages.

The course list in the footer shows how closely the catalog follows certification exams. On AWS it names CLF-C01, SAA-C03, SCS-C02 and DOP-C01. On Azure it names AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, AZ-500, DP-203 and DP-300. For DevOps and infrastructure it names Terraform Associate (002), CKA, CJE and EX407; for databases, Oracle 1Z0-082 and SQL; and for management, PMP and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I). Security courses include CISM, IT auditing and GRC, Security Operations Center (SOC) training, and general cybersecurity certification, while data courses cover data analytics, AI and data science, Power BI, Splunk and GCP. There is also a course called Future Ready Certification and an RPA certification.

For readers in the coding category, the relevant parts are the Programming and DevOps tracks, the Terraform and CKA exam prep, and the AWS and Azure developer and DevOps certifications. The site's blog on top IT certifications stresses Python for automation, scripting and integration work in the cloud, and recommends pairing AWS, AZ-400 or Google Cloud certifications with a DevOps course.

How Training Works

Classes are live and online. The learner testimonials on the home page describe what that looks like in practice. Stef Emy writes that the AWS Solutions Architect training "was interactive and practical", that "recorded sessions were available for revision", and that "The labs and doubt-clearing sessions added great value." Vallabh Rana writes: "Each class included practical tasks on AWS sandbox accounts, ensuring hands-on learning." Folarin Oluwaseun mentions "hands-on AWS and Azure live projects", and Prachi Sharma says the instructors "also provide additional guidance on LinkedIn optimization and career growth." Several reviewers name individual instructors: one learner says of Bisma, "She is knowledgeable, responsive, and explains concepts clearly," and Francis Kwame writes, "With great instructors like Naman, I was able to secure my first IT job."

Alongside the courses, the site offers ThinkGPT, which it describes as an AI-powered interview preparation tool, as well as interview question collections, quizzes, a salary calculator and a downloadable set of 250 practice questions.

Packages

Thinkcloudly sells three kinds of package rather than individual course prices:

  • Training Program: live instructor-led training, hands-on labs, case studies, live projects and lifetime course access, with the Thinkcloudly Job Assist Program included.
  • Job Seeker's Program: everything in the Training Program plus resume preparation, LinkedIn grooming, mock interview sessions and certification assistance.
  • Job Only Package: resume preparation, LinkedIn grooming, mock interview sessions, profile marketing and interview resources, for learners who already have the skills and want help getting hired.

Job Seeker's Packages are offered for six tracks: Security Operations Center, IT Auditing and GRC, Cyber Security, Azure, AWS and DevOps. The home page shows a "95% Placement Assistance" figure, without saying how it is measured. The pages publish no prices. Learners book a free career consultation or a demo, talk to an advisor, or contact the company by phone or WhatsApp, and the advisor recommends a course and package. The free counseling session promises a personalized IT career roadmap, course recommendations based on the learner's goals, guidance from industry experts and clear next steps. The booking form asks which domain the learner is interested in (Agentic AI, AWS Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, GRC, IT Auditing or SOC Analyst, with an option for those who are not sure) and their current stage, from student or working professional to someone returning from a career break. A mailing list sends news of new program launches, free webinars and workshops, certification discount alerts and hiring opportunities.

Events and Recognition

The home page reports offline IT career workshops at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore on 22 March 2026 and at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in London on 20 July 2025, covering cloud, AI and data science, IT auditing and GRC, resume building and interview preparation. It also says the company attended AWS Summit Hamburg 2026, took part in the PMI South Asia Conference 2025 where it showed its LMS and training programs, and was named Best Emerging EdTech 2025 at the Nelson Mandela Leadership Awards held at the University of Oxford.

The footer lists training pages for many US states and cities, Canadian cities and UK cities, and the phone number on the site is a US number.

Who It Suits

Thinkcloudly suits career changers who want a structured, instructor-led route to a cloud, DevOps or security certification and want help with the job search as part of the deal. The reviews come largely from people new to IT who valued live explanations, recorded sessions for revision, sandbox labs and follow-up support from named instructors. The job-seeker packages add resume, LinkedIn and mock interview work that most course libraries leave out.

Learners who want to compare prices before speaking to anyone will have to book a consultation first, since nothing is priced on the site. Readers who prefer to study alone at their own pace, or who need a deep programming curriculum rather than certification-led cloud and security training, may find the format less of a fit.
