What It Is

LevelUp is a training platform for the Microsoft partner ecosystem, operated by Technofocus (the copyright line on every page reads "© 2026 Technofocus, All rights reserved."). Its home page describes it as "Microsoft Partner Skilling" and invites partners to "Learn anytime, anywhere with flexible, self-paced courses designed for the Microsoft Partner ecosystem." The readers are the people who work at Microsoft partner companies: technical staff building and deploying Azure, security and AI solutions, sellers and account managers positioning Microsoft products to customers, and presales engineers who run demos in live deals.

It is a learner catalog rather than a tool for building your own courses. Alongside the self-paced library it runs live virtual bootcamps, hackathons, certification office hours, a library of demo environments for presales teams, and a multi-course credential program called TITAN. The home page states three headline figures: "50,000+ Active Learners", "500+ Expert Modules" and "40+ Certification Tracks".

The Course Catalog

The course library, in the site's words, offers "a comprehensive library of courses spanning Azure, Security, AI Business Solutions, and more." The catalog's filter panel shows how that library breaks down. By solution area, Cloud and AI Platforms is by far the largest group with 249 items, followed by Security with 94. Smaller areas include Innovate with Low Code AI and Agents, Sales Transformation with AI, Copilot and Agents at Work, Secure AI Productivity, Data Security, Modern SecOps with Unified Platform, and Protect cloud AI Platform and Apps.

Each course is tagged by type. The filter counts 420 items as Credential Ready, 47 as Project Ready, 48 as Project Ready with Labs, 55 as Sales Ready and 29 as Tech Deal Ready. By level, 117 are Beginner, 394 Intermediate and 88 Advanced. The role filter counts 500 items for technical staff, 58 for sales and 28 for presales, so the library leans heavily toward engineers and administrators even though the marketing on the home page speaks a good deal to sellers. A separate filter marks 59 items with a hands-on lab.

Durations are shown on each course card. Sample entries include "Implement Microsoft Defender for Endpoint", a 12-hour Project Ready with Labs workshop on enabling and configuring the endpoint security platform for Windows and non-Windows environments; "Implement Identity and access management with Microsoft Entra", a 12-hour advanced course covering Zero Trust, hybrid and external identities, Entra Identity Protection and entitlement management; and "Implement Threat Protection with Microsoft Defender XDR solutions", another 12-hour lab course that touches Microsoft Sentinel and Security Copilot. On the sales side there are short sessions such as "Introduction to Microsoft Security Copilot" (1.5 hours), "Secure AI productivity Microsoft 365" (2 hours) and "Unify and grow your business with Microsoft Fabric" (1.5 hours). Tech Deal Ready courses, such as "Migrate and modernize your estate on Azure" and a Power Platform workshop on low-code solutions for SMBs, run 4.5 hours and include a customer scenario that participants work through, including handling objections.

Languages

The site interface switches between English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified and Traditional Chinese. The course filter counts 221 items in English (US) and 42 in each of the other nine languages, so a translated subset exists in every language rather than the full catalog. A further filter flags 78 items with multilingual audio.

Certification Prep

For readers preparing for Microsoft exams, LevelUp offers "Certification Prep On-Demand" with "Technical & Sales courses across Cloud & AI, Security & AI Business Solutions." The home page announces "AI-powered Sales Cert Prep courses (AB-730 & AB-731)" as new and says AB-100 and AI-103 have "Just Launched". The catalog filter for suggested certifications names SC-200, SC-300, AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-900, SC-900, PL-600, MS-900, AB-730, MS-102, AB-620 and AB-900, each with a handful of mapped courses, and 420 items are flagged as certification courses. The enroll button carries the note "*Terms and Conditions apply".

Learners with questions can join Microsoft Certification Office Hours, a live event described as "60 minutes of expert answers and best practices", starting from 16 October 2026. The catalog's voucher filter shows no items with an exam voucher offered, so the courses prepare for exams without including one.

Live Bootcamps and the Hackathon

The SMB Conversations Sales Bootcamp is the featured live event. The site calls it "A focused live enablement experience designed to help sales professionals sell with confidence and position Microsoft solutions effectively for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses." Its target audience is partner sellers and account managers, the format is live virtual interactive sessions, and the start date is October 12, 2026. It promises scenario-driven talk tracks, objection handling, value positioning for SMB decision makers, cross-sell and up-sell playbooks, and interactive Q&A with Microsoft practice enablement leaders. Four solution tracks sit underneath it: Microsoft Copilot for AI and productivity, Security with Business Premium for cyber resilience, Business Central for ERP and operations, and Azure Migration for cloud infrastructure.

The Agentic AI Hackathon 2026 is a two-day virtual event on October 13 and 14, 2026, giving "Hands-on technical experience for building enterprise AI applications with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, MCP & Multimodal RAG." Participants earn a digital badge by attending both live sessions and completing one project each day with a score of 70% or more.

TITAN and Learning Paths

TITAN is the platform's flagship credential program, pitched at becoming a "Frontier Transformation Engineer". It bundles 11 courses and roughly 86 hours of study across three milestones: Certification (AI credentials and exam prep), Project Ready (hands-on labs and deployment) and Center of Excellence (CoE strategy and governance). Completion earns the TITAN badge, which the site calls a "Recognized credential" to "showcase on LinkedIn & partner profiles", and the program draws on partner scenarios across Copilot, Fabric and AI governance.

Beyond TITAN, the site offers multi-course learning paths, described as "Structured paths combining multiple courses to help you master Microsoft solutions effectively, confidently, and at your own pace." The catalog counts 14 of them, organized by the same four solution areas (AI Business Process, AI Workforce, Cloud and AI Platform, Security) and described as role-based paths.

Demo Accelerators for Presales

The Deal Ready Demo Accelerators are not courses but "Ready-to-demo scenarios built on Microsoft's latest technologies" for presales teams running architecture demos in customer deals. The site lists pre-built demo scenarios, multilingual walkthroughs, "Clear pricing and resource estimation for every scenario", deployment without engineering overhead, services built entirely on Azure and Microsoft 365, and environments that can be shared and reused across an organization.

Pricing and Support

The pages publish no prices for courses, bootcamps or programs. Registration and login buttons appear throughout, and questions go through a short contact form; the footer also links to Support and a Trust Center.

Who It Suits

LevelUp fits people who already work at a Microsoft partner. An Azure or security engineer can find long lab-based implementation workshops and prep for exams such as AZ-104 or SC-200. A partner seller can take short Sales Ready sessions or the SMB bootcamp before customer meetings, and a presales engineer gets both deal-focused courses and ready-made demo environments. Teams aiming at a formal credential have TITAN.

It is a narrow fit outside that circle. Everything is about Microsoft products and partner selling, so a beginner wanting general programming skills, or an organization that does not build on the Microsoft stack, will find little here. Readers working in a language other than English should expect a smaller translated selection.
