What ITU Online is

ITU Online is an online IT training company that prepares professionals for industry certifications and sells the same catalog to employers and to resellers. Its site title is "24/7 Online IT Training," and its headline is blunt: "CERTIFIED OR OBSOLETE." The home page describes "Industry-recognized IT certification training and skill development for professionals who refuse to fall behind." An author note on the company's blog calls ITU Online an "IT training provider since 2012, specializing in CompTIA, Cybersecurity, Project Management, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, and Cloud certifications."

The site is organized around three buyers, each with its own menu entry: Individual Pricing ("Invest in you"), Tech Team Training ("Upskill your Tech Team") and Resellers ("Partner with us"). A Courses section ("What we teach") holds the catalog, and a Resources section holds articles and guides.

What an individual learner gets

For individuals, ITU Online is a self-paced, online certification prep library that learners reach through a "Login To My Training" portal. The home page sends visitors to "Browse Courses" or "View Plans," and the Individual Pricing page carries the plans for single learners. Blog pages repeat the choice with "Individual Plans" and "Team Plans" buttons.

The featured courses show where the catalog's weight lies: CompTIA certifications at the core of an IT career. The home page lists the CompTIA A+ Certification training, the CompTIA Security+ Certification Course, the CompTIA Network+ Training Course and CompTIA Cloud+, and each course card shows how many learners have enrolled. Beyond CompTIA, the reseller section describes the full library as "a complete IT training catalog: CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, cybersecurity, and more," and says partners can white-label "hundreds of IT training courses."

AI security is the newest focus. A "Certification Spotlight" on the home page features CompTIA Security AI+ (SecAI+), which it describes as "the vendor-neutral certification built for professionals who need to secure AI systems in real-world environments, from protecting machine learning models and data pipelines to identifying adversarial attacks and managing AI-driven risks." The spotlight argues that "traditional security knowledge alone is no longer enough" as organizations adopt generative AI, and that SecAI+ validates an understanding of how AI changes the threat landscape.

A newer addition is a set of skills assessments. The home page announces "A growing collection of Skills Assessments is here. Map your career fit, leadership style, and skill maturity," adding that each takes about 5 minutes. The footer also points to free course offers.

For a reader in the tech and coding category, ITU Online sits on the infrastructure side of IT: networking, security, cloud and support certifications rather than software development. A help desk technician working toward A+, a network administrator studying for Network+ or a security analyst preparing for Security+ is the learner the catalog is built for.

Team training

The Tech Team Training offer is pitched at managers. Its headline reads "Invest in people. Realize the power of performance," and the section argues that the costliest employee is the one a company fails to train. ITU Online lists six reasons to train a team:

  • Improve efficiency and consistency, by standardizing "skill levels across departments so every team member operates at the same high bar."
  • Enhance employee retention: "Professionals stay where they grow."
  • Drive innovation and adaptability, since "Teams that learn continuously adapt faster to new technologies, threats, and market shifts."
  • Strengthen collaboration through a shared vocabulary.
  • Ensure compliance and reduce risk, keeping an organization "audit-ready with verifiable certifications and documented training records."
  • Boost business outcomes, with skilled teams that "resolve issues faster."

The compliance point is the one with the most practical weight for an IT manager: the training produces documented records and certifications that an organization can show during an audit. The home page also invites managers to "See real ROI" and train an entire team, with a "Start Your Team Today" button and a separate team training page.

The reseller program

The reseller program turns ITU Online's library into someone else's product. Its tagline is "Your brand. Our courses. Their success," and the home page promises "No content creation. No LMS build-out. Just revenue." Six features describe the deal:

  • White-label LMS: "A branded learning platform with your logo and domain. Your customers never see our name."
  • Ready-made courses across CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, Microsoft and cybersecurity.
  • You set the price: "Buy wholesale, sell at your margin. Full control over pricing, bundling, and promotions."
  • Zero development cost: "No content production, no video teams, no curriculum design. We handle all course updates and maintenance."
  • Dedicated partner support covering "Onboarding, technical integration, and ongoing account management."
  • Scale without limits: "Add users, expand your catalog, and grow into new markets."

This suits a training company, an IT services firm or an organization that wants to offer IT certification courses under its own name without producing video. The company's guide names the typical uses as branded employee training, partner onboarding and customer education, and argues that a white-label platform launches faster than custom development because the vendor carries the hosting, patching and maintenance.

ITU Online's own guide to white-label training platforms explains what the branding covers in practice. It describes a learner-facing experience where "the learner sees your logo, your domain, your colors, your course language, and your completion certificates," including branded reminder emails and certificates that match the portal. It recommends testing "the full learner path: sign-up, login, enrollment, course completion, email delivery, and certificate generation" before launch, and stresses admin tools that show "who enrolled, who completed, where learners dropped off." The Resources section carries a series of related articles, from white-label course reselling to partner training.

Support

Customer service is reachable by phone at a toll-free +1 855 number and by email, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern Time. Learners log in to their training through the site, and a cart handles purchases.

Who it suits

ITU Online suits IT professionals preparing for CompTIA certifications in support, networking, cloud and security, and those looking at the new AI security credential. Managers who need documented, audit-ready training records for a technical team are a second audience, and training businesses that want a branded IT catalog without building one are a third. Developers looking to learn programming languages will find the library pointed at infrastructure and security certification instead.
