EducaciónIT

Tap a star to rate

EducaciónIT is a Spanish-language online school that teaches technology, design and business through live classes. Its site describes it as a "Centro educativo oficial" (official education center), and its tagline is "Code Your Future." It sells to individual learners, from complete beginners to working developers, and to companies that want to train their staff. The homepage reports 577'508+ students, 353+ courses, 11'311+ companies and 81'546+ testimonials, and the copyright line runs from 2005 to 2026.

What learners actually get

The catalog. The course menu covers far more than programming. Under Programación y Testing sit Python, Testing QA, Java & Android, Front End Developer, .NET, JavaScript and Node.js, Full Stack Engineer, AI Developer, Inteligencia Artificial, Consultor IA, Data Science, Data Analyst, Robótica & IA and Microsoft Copilot. Other areas are Marketing y Negocios (digital marketing, eCommerce, finance and accounting, business analysis, customer experience), Infraestructura y Cloud (Azure, AWS and GCP, DevOps, networking, technical support, Linux, Windows Server), Diseño y Experiencia (UI/UX, web, multimedia, CAD and graphic design), Ciberseguridad, Bases de Datos (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle), Liderazgo y Talento, Office & Projects, and Producto y Agilidad (Scrum Master, Product Manager). There are also 2-year technical degrees (Tecnicaturas de 2 años) in software development, infrastructure support, data science and digital finance. New items listed include automation with Claude and Claude Code, an AI consultant career, and AI agents with N8N.

Three formats. Each subject page offers short courses ("Para dominar un tema específico en pocas semanas," to master one topic in a few weeks) and a career, which is "Una secuencia de cursos cortos" (a sequence of short courses). The Product Manager career takes "6 meses y medio" (six and a half months) and the Front End Developer career "8 meses y medio" (eight and a half months); both promise "un Certificado Internacional de una universidad de Estados Unidos" (an international certificate from a United States university). Then there are bootcamps (below). Classes are live online, with an average of 20 people per course, and the pages describe them as "100% practicas" (all practical).

Methodology. The homepage calls its approach "Metodología que funciona": real challenges from day one, skills companies value, and a portfolio of professional projects. Under "Aprendizaje asegurado" (guaranteed learning), learners can "repetir el curso sin costo" (repeat the course at no cost), catch up on missed classes, and learn with different teachers. Career support includes an employability series, an exclusive Discord community, LinkedIn Hacks, an IT Talent Pool and a job portal the site says lists +950 job offers.

The bootcamps

Two bootcamps are described in detail.

Full Stack Engineer runs 7 months, with 60 online classes of 2.5 hours, at beginner level with no prior knowledge needed. After an onboarding phase it moves through web architecture and front end (HTML, CSS, responsive design, accessibility, Git and GitHub), front-end development with JavaScript and React, and back end with Node.js, Express and MongoDB, including authentication and e-commerce services. Phase 4 simulates entry to a tech job with "exámenes modelos de selección" (model hiring exams), and phase 5 helps learners improve their professional profile. The integrator project is a full e-commerce site with a product catalog, a cart with promotions and a checkout.

AI Developer (its certificate is titled Full Stack AI Solutions) runs 4 and a half months, with 40 online classes of 2.5 hours, also from zero. It covers Python and object-oriented programming, then SQL, databases and APIs, then AI with Python: "Usa IA generativa y modelos pre entrenados. Crea asistentes, automatizaciones y flujos inteligentes." (Use generative AI and pre-trained models to build assistants, automations and intelligent workflows.) The project is a full-stack virtual assistant with its own database, API endpoints, language models, functions and agents, and voice, transcription and audio synthesis.

Both bootcamps use pair programming, "Learning by doing" and a tutor who supports learners outside class. Groups have "un máximo de 20 personas" (a maximum of 20 people). Classes take place in a virtual classroom with the instructor, tutor and classmates, every class is recorded on the Alumni platform, and learners need only a computer with internet and headphones (8GB of RAM recommended). To pass, a learner completes partial evaluations that build into the integrator project; approving that project earns a digital certificate. The certificate is co-issued with Manhattan University of New York and states the hours studied: 150 hours for Full Stack Engineer and 100 for AI Developer. Graduates also get a 100% scholarship for three short courses (project management, Scrum fundamentals and agile team leadership), and students may join a study trip to Manhattan University in New York that includes visits to Microsoft, Oracle, IBM and Cisco.

Prices

The site shows prices in the visitor's currency; the pages here showed Swiss francs ("Te mostramos el precio en swiss franc"). With a 40% OFF promotion, the Full Stack Engineer bootcamp was CHF 946.86 reduced to CHF 568.12, and the AI Developer bootcamp CHF 636.90 reduced to CHF 382.14. Short courses on the same pages included Product Owner at CHF 84.92 reduced to CHF 50.96 (4 weeks, 12 h), React.JS at CHF 178.33 reduced to CHF 107.00 (8 weeks, 30 h), and Javascript desde cero at CHF 67.94 reduced to CHF 40.77. A site-wide banner advertised "hasta 60% de descuento y 6 cuotas sin interés" (up to 60% off and 6 interest-free installments).

Certification vouchers

For learners preparing for outside exams, the front-end page sells vouchers for the Certified Entry-Level JavaScript Programmer (JSE) and Certified Associate JavaScript Programmer (JSA) certifications at CHF 84.92 each, plus exam simulators in English for each at CHF 42.46 reduced to CHF 25.48. The site lists "Certificaciones oficiales" (official certifications) from Microsoft, Cisco, Pearson Vue and Oracle.

Corporate training

The corporate page opens with "Impulsa el talento de tu empresa en la era de la IA" (boost your company's talent in the age of AI) and reports +5'100.00 companies trained and +372'000.00 graduates, with ratings of 4.8 on Google and 4.6 on Glassdoor. Companies choose between two models:

  • Compartidas (shared): employees join open classes alongside people from other industries, with no minimum enrollment, many date and time options, and free retakes.
  • Exclusivas a medida (exclusive, tailored): private groups made up only of company staff, "desde 5 cupos" (from 5 seats), with content aligned to the company's real cases and custom dates.

The corporate FAQ says classes are live online, "70% prácticas y 30% teóricas" (70% practical, 30% theory). Content can follow a published syllabus or be built entirely ad hoc. A Corporate Portal shows attendance, exam grades and certificates in real time, and the company offers up to 50% off its whole catalog for a client's team. Topic areas include AI (agents, automation, vibe coding), data (Power BI, SQL, Oracle), programming, Office 365 and soft skills, from +350 courses. The FAQ also says that since 2009 EducaciónIT has been a training unit (UCAP) approved by the Secretaría de Pequeña y Mediana Empresa, so companies can apply to the SEPYME program to recover training costs as tax credit.

Who it suits

EducaciónIT suits Spanish-speaking learners who want live classes in small groups rather than recorded video, from a single short course to a 7-month bootcamp. Beginners can start the Full Stack Engineer or AI Developer bootcamps with no prior knowledge, and the free retake policy lowers the risk of falling behind. Learners heading for a JavaScript certification can buy the voucher and a simulator in one place.

Companies with Spanish-speaking teams get a broad catalog, small private groups from 5 seats, and a portal to track progress. The courses are taught in Spanish, so learners who need English-language classes should look elsewhere.
