TLEdu is an online professional training platform based in Accra, Ghana, selling practical courses to working professionals, job seekers, entrepreneurs and teams. Its footer calls it "Ghana's modern learning platform for practical, affordable, and flexible professional skills development", and its catalog leans hard toward AI, software development and business automation, with a few outliers such as a poultry farming course and a forex trading course. Courses are sold one at a time, priced in Ghana cedis (GHS), and delivered as live online classes, self-paced modules, in-class bootcamps or one-on-one mentoring.
Who runs it and why
The About page says TLEdu was founded by Yaw Koranteng Boafo, who is listed as Founder and Director, to "bridge the gap between traditional education and the practical, job-ready skills required in today's evolving world of work." The page describes a problem on both sides of the job market: job seekers and working professionals who fall behind on practical, digital and professional skills, and organizations that struggle to build teams equipped with current tools. TLEdu's answer, in its words, is learning delivered "through live online sessions, self-paced courses, and customized corporate programs." The team section also lists a co-founder, Tommy Christensen, and four board members. The page names three partners: TrueLight Tech, CayMinds and iTagTip.
The About page says the platform serves "individuals seeking career advancement, entrepreneurs building sustainable ventures, and organizations committed to developing adaptable, high-performing teams," and that courses span technology, business, leadership and innovation-driven fields.
The catalog
The courses page reports 20 courses found, filtered into Technology, Marketing, Business and Media. Many are marked Coming Soon or carry a future start date, so the set a learner can join today is smaller. A sample of what is listed, with the length, format and price each card shows:

Two separate courses share the name Business Process Automation with AI, one at GHS 700 and one at GHS 2,000.
The poultry course is the most specific in the catalog. Its description says it rests on 10 years of farming in Ghana, that the course creator started with 1,500 layers in 2014, and that the farm raised "25,000+ hens" across "7+ batches". It promises "practical numbers, costs, and profitability calculations in GHS" adapted to tropical conditions, local feed markets and Ghanaian supply chains, in mobile-friendly lessons of 5 to 10 minutes.
How learning works
The homepage describes four routes. Cohort-based courses put learners in a scheduled group "with live classes built right into the platform, peer collaboration, and structured timelines." Self-paced courses let a learner "start anytime" and work through recorded lessons, modules and quizzes with no deadlines. One-on-one mentoring offers personalized instruction with a dedicated expert, on inquiry. A For Teams option builds custom courses for organizations, with remote or on-site delivery, tailored curricula and group rates.
The platform itself, per the homepage, offers structured modules, case studies and hands-on assignments, a personal dashboard showing progress, grades and completed modules, live and recorded sessions, group assignments with peer feedback, and a mobile app for phone, tablet and iPad on Google Play and the App Store. The no-code automation course describes its method as project-based, with video demonstrations, step-by-step tutorials, case studies and assignments in which students build working automations, plus weekly live sessions for Q&A and troubleshooting.
TLEdu stresses who teaches. The homepage says every course "is taught by a specialist actively working in the field" and that it hires specialists who work in the field rather than career academics. It names four facilitators with their fields, among them software engineering, AI and machine learning, mobile development, and data analysis.
Paying, certificates and support
Each course carries a single price. The course pages say "Free registration. Pay school fees later," and describe the price as a "One-time payment · Lifetime access." Registration itself needs no payment. Both course pages in the set list a certificate of completion, expert instructor support, hands-on practical sessions and a "Money-back guarantee", without giving its terms. The About page lists lifetime access to course materials including future updates, a certificate of completion on successfully finishing, career support with job placement assistance, resume reviews and career guidance, and a community network of learners and alumni. The homepage adds that graduates receive priority enrollment and discounted rates for advanced programs.
The site makes outcome claims of its own: the homepage shows 98+ active learners described as "Professionals who have completed our courses," a 95% career advancement figure described as "Graduates report improved job prospects," and "100%" for certificate award. The About page also claims 50+ corporate clients and a 95% "Job Success Rate". The FAQ lists questions on payment methods, refunds, access length, certificates and whether employers recognize them, but the answers are not shown on the page. Contact runs through a phone and WhatsApp line, an email address and an office in Accra.
Who it suits
TLEdu suits a professional in Ghana who wants hands-on AI, automation or software skills, taught by working practitioners and paid for in cedis, course by course. Free registration lets a learner look inside before paying, and self-paced titles fit irregular hours. Beginners aiming at a developer job can look at the 8-week bootcamps; executives have a dedicated AI strategy course; small farmers get a local, numbers-first poultry course. Companies can ask about For Teams programs with group rates.
It suits less a learner who needs an accredited qualification, since the site describes certificates of completion and names no accrediting body. Many titles are not yet open, so anyone wanting a specific course should check its status before planning around it.
