QuBisa is an Indonesian online learning platform for working adults. Its page title calls it "Platform Kursus Online Bersertifikat & Terkemuka" (a leading platform for certified online courses), and its description promises professional classes from expert instructors, quality material and "harga terjangkau" (affordable prices). The About page goes further and describes QuBisa as "platform kursus online no. #1 di Indonesia" (the number one online course platform in Indonesia), with learning that is "kapan saja, di mana saja" (anytime, anywhere). The home page carries a short video titled "Perjalanan 5 Tahun QuBisa", marking five years of the platform.
The product brings several formats under one account. The site's class menu lists Bootcamp, Kursus (courses), Jalur Belajar (learning paths), Microlearning and articles, and the support FAQ adds webinars. A Corporate Solution page sits in the footer for companies, alongside certificate verification, terms, security and the FAQ.
Who it is for and how to join
The FAQ answers who can study: "Siapapun dapat menjadi Murid di QuBisa terlepas dari usia dan tingkat pendidikannya" (anyone can become a QuBisa student regardless of age or level of education), with examples running from university students to employees and professionals.
There are two ways to sign up. On the website, a visitor clicks "Daftar" (register) and signs up with an email address, then activates the account through a link sent by email. In the mobile app, available on Google Play for Android and the App Store for iOS, the learner registers with an email address and phone number. A banner across the site invites visitors to open QuBisa in the app, where it says many attractive offers are waiting.
Membership itself costs nothing. The FAQ asks "Apakah Tersedia Keanggotaan Secara Gratis (Free)?" (is a free membership available?) and answers yes: a free membership with no payment at all. The bootcamps are the clearly priced part of the offer and are paid for separately.
Courses and topics
The FAQ says QuBisa currently focuses on four categories: Business (Bisnis), Leadership (Kepemimpinan), Management (Manajemen) and Computer (Komputer), and that it will keep adding categories so the platform is useful to more people and organizations. The courses page describes certified online courses with flexible study, quality material and experienced instructors, aimed at improving skills and careers.
The mobile app and microlearning
The app is the self-study side of QuBisa. The FAQ describes it as a place "untuk belajar mandiri online lewat misi-misi belajar" (for independent online learning through learning missions), made up of "ribuan video, rangkuman infografis, kuis dan latihan soal" (thousands of videos, infographic summaries, quizzes and practice questions) for each sub-topic. Learners can track their progress day by day. Microlearning has its own section in the FAQ and its own entry in the class menu, so short-form study is a format in its own right rather than a feature hidden inside courses.
The support FAQ also has sections on PoinQu, the platform's points program, on ProfilQu, the learner profile, and on becoming an instructor ("Menjadi Instruktur"), so practitioners can teach on QuBisa as well as learn.
Webinars and certificates
Certificates come through webinars and courses that are labeled as carrying an electronic certificate. The process is set out in the FAQ. The learner registers for a webinar or course marked with a certificate, completes it, and must fill in a review or feedback form before downloading. For webinars, a download link is shared at the end of the event; after the review, the learner gets the e-certificate link, and the certificate can be downloaded within a maximum of 1x24 hours. For courses, the certificate can be downloaded immediately after the review.
QuBisa runs a certificate verification page, "Verifikasi Sertifikat Anda di Sini" (verify your certificate here), where anyone can enter a certificate code and see whether it is valid. The page also links to Prakerja, alongside its "Cek Sertifikat" option.
Bootcamps
The bootcamps are the most detailed and most expensive part of the offer. QuBisa Bootcamp for Business is described as "program intensif yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilan dalam melakukan aktivitas produktivitas kerja" (an intensive program designed to raise competence and skills in workplace productivity). It is open to employees, professionals and business owners.
The current lineup centers on AI at work. A three-part AI Series covers AI-Driven Sales Leadership & Revenue Optimization, AI-Accelerated Operational Excellence & Quality Management, and AI-Powered Customer Experience Mastery, each priced at Rp 3.500.000, with a 20% saving for taking the whole series. Other bootcamps include a one-day GenAI office productivity class at Rp 1.050.000, AI-Powered Excel for automating reports at Rp 1.750.000, an AI Automation Bootcamp with n8n at Rp 1.750.000, Power BI with AI at Rp 1.750.000, Learning Innovation Bootcamp: Creating Smarter Content With AI at Rp 2.500.000, and AI-Powered Strategy Execution for line managers at Rp 4.500.000. Every bootcamp on the page is labeled Hybrid, with set dates; the one-day GenAI session runs from 09.00 to 17.00. The page warns that places are very limited and offers a downloadable brochure.
The bootcamp FAQ fills in the format. Sessions are "kelas offline/online yang dibawakan oleh tenaga pengajar profesional" (offline and online classes led by professional instructors), with comprehensive sessions covering theory and practice. Length depends on the program; as an example, some bootcamps run over two days with a total of 12 learning sessions. Participants who finish receive a certificate they can use to strengthen their professional profile, and they get access to the QuBisa community for up-to-date information and tips from instructors and fellow participants. Registration happens on the QuBisa website, and prices appear on each bootcamp's registration page.
The mentor list mixes trainers and senior practitioners. It includes a digital learning consultant who is an Apple Certified Trainer, certified trainers from Data Academy, an HR director at Bridgestone Indonesia who chairs Gerakan Nasional Indonesia Kompeten, an HR director at PT Maybank, a former HR director of Standard Chartered Bank, a head of treasury data science at the Ministry of Finance, and accounting, sales and HR consultants.
Support
Customer service runs through WhatsApp on 0811-1920-6750, and the bootcamp page offers a WhatsApp consultation button. The support center covers questions about QuBisa, certificates, webinars, courses, microlearning, instructors and PoinQu.
Who it suits and who it does not
QuBisa suits Indonesian-speaking professionals who want short, practical training in business, leadership, management and computer skills, with a certificate they can verify online. The free membership and app make it easy to start with self-study, and the AI bootcamps suit employees and managers, or companies sending staff, who want an intensive hybrid program on using AI in sales, operations, Excel, Power BI or content creation.
The bootcamps are a real expense, from Rp 1.050.000 to Rp 4.500.000 per program, so they suit learners or employers with a training budget. The course catalog is concentrated in four business-focused categories, so a learner looking for creative or academic subjects will not find them here yet, and everything on the site is in Indonesian.
