What Fastlearn10x is

Fastlearn10x is a Thai online learning platform for working people, run by Perfect Training Group (บริษัท เพอร์เฟคเทรนนิ่ง กรุ๊ป จำกัด) from Bang Bua Thong in Nonthaburi. Its FAQ calls it "แพลตฟอร์มเรียนออนไลน์ที่เข้าใจคนทำงานในยุคดิจิทัล" (an online learning platform that understands working people in the digital age) and a "Reskills Center Online" covering work skills for the digital era. The site interface can be switched between Thai, English, Chinese, Lao and other languages, and the course titles and descriptions are written in Thai, many with an English title.

The business has four strands that share one platform. Individuals buy short video courses. Companies buy subscription packages for their staff, or have Fastlearn10x run blended programs and in-house workshops. Organizations, training institutes, coaches and tutors can license the Fastlearn10x LMS to run their own online school. And the company produces custom e-learning to order. The LMS page says the team has more than 10 years of experience delivering learning solutions to more than 1,000 organizations.

The course catalog

The catalog sits in categories such as Strategic Leadership, Business Acumen, Customer Experience, Digital & AI Literacy, Professional Soft Skills, Mindset & EQ, Productivity & Efficiency, HR & People Management, Sustainability & ESG, and a set of Free Starter Courses. Courses are short. Each card shows the number of lessons and the running time, which ranges from a few minutes to a few hours: Sustainability for All runs 18 minutes, Canva AI For Professionals 59 minutes, Crisis Management For Executive 2 hours 29 minutes, and E-Learning Animation 4 hours 15 minutes.

The range is aimed squarely at office staff, supervisors and managers. Leadership titles include Empathetic Leader, Good to Great Manager, Visionary Leadership, Coaching Mindset for Future Leaders, Leading with Emotional Intelligence and Resilient Leadership. Business titles include Enterprise Resilience Blueprint (built on ISO 31000 and COSO ERM, according to its description), Strategic Project Management, Change Management, Design Thinking, Lean Management and Easy Kaizen. The AI shelf covers Basic Prompt Engineering, Chat GPT for Work, AI Second Brain with NotebookLM, AI Easy Data Literacy, Smart AI Revolution (more than 20 AI tools) and a free no-code course on building a first app with Google Opal AI. Soft skills and wellbeing courses include The Magic of Storytelling, Critical Thinking & Decision Making, time management, stress management through art and Zentangle drawing, and resilience. The home page also flags DSD courses from the Department of Skill Development (กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน) as coming soon.

Prices are shown on each card in baht, often with a sale price. How learning works

The FAQ lists what a learner gets: game-based learning, workshops between lessons that earn points which can be exchanged for free courses, quizzes in 7 formats, chat with instructors, and a certificate issued automatically once the learner finishes, submits the workshops and passes. Certificates can be checked through an online verification system ("Check eCertificate"), and a learner profile keeps learning history and statistics in one place. Learners can mix e-learning, live virtual classrooms and onsite workshops, and join a community of people studying the same subjects. The FAQ says instructors are internationally certified and the content is drawn from internationally credible research, and that data is protected with 256-bit SSL.

Buying takes 3 steps: sign up or log in, choose a course, pay and start. Free courses open as soon as you log in. Paying by card gives immediate access; paying by bank transfer means uploading the transfer slip, after which staff confirm the payment within 12 hours. New courses are added every month.

Packages for organizations

The home page shows three subscription packages "สำหรับลูกค้าองค์กร" (for corporate customers), each giving unlimited access to every course, monthly course updates and a certificate. Explorer is a 3-month package at 459 a month (1,377 baht in total), Adventurer a 6-month package at 417 a month (2,502 baht, a saving of 252 baht) and Pioneer a 1-year package at 392 a month (4,704 baht, a saving of 804 baht).

The for-business page prices the same three packages per person: Explorer at 359฿ per person per month, Adventurer at 317 and Pioneer at 292. That page adds tiered services. Explorer includes a monthly dashboard report of employee learning status, with a learning roadmap and a premium group chat for 50 users or more. Adventurer adds an L&D consultant for 100 users or more. Pioneer, for 250 users or more, adds a full LMS academy on the customer's own domain for a full year, real-time reporting and live chat support. The two pages give different monthly figures, so a buyer should confirm the quote.

The business page also describes a blended learning program in 5 steps: short video lessons on the platform, active learning workshops, a project assignment, a follow-up session held live or in the metaverse, and an evaluation summarized in a learning dashboard with a certificate. Companies can also license courses to load onto their own LMS ("Learning Licence"). Three L&D, HR and digital learning managers give testimonials on the page.

The LMS

The Fastlearn10x LMS is sold to businesses, government bodies, schools, training institutes, coaches and tutors, in three forms: a corporate training LMS, an e-learning marketplace and an online coaching platform. Its course builder is drag-and-drop with no coding. Lessons can be text, video, audio, podcast, interactive or live-streamed through Zoom, Google Meet, YouTube or Vimeo, with Google Classroom for virtual classes. Video lessons can carry highlights, in-video quizzes and a minimum watch time. Quizzes cover single and multiple choice, true or false, word and picture matching and fill-in-the-blank, and assignments accept text, images and file uploads for instructor review. An AI Lab feature, the page says, can generate a whole course, including lessons, quizzes, exercises and course images, from a single prompt.

The LMS also handles user management, co-instructors, progress bars, points that learners redeem for courses or gifts, automatic certificates from a drag-and-drop certificate builder, grades, public instructor and learner profiles, private messages, lesson discussion boards, announcements and e-mail notifications with branded templates. The page says it is a "SCORM Compliant LMS" that connects to other learning systems through SCORM integration, and that it is multilingual. For selling, it supports one-time purchases, pricing plans, monthly subscriptions and course bundles, with PayPal, Stripe, Paysolution, Google Pay and Apple Pay, bank transfer and a WooCommerce integration for coupons, discounts and sales reports. Fastlearn10x adds UX and UI design to the client's branding, technical support during working hours and ongoing advice on learning strategy.

E-learning production and instructors

The e-learning creator service produces interactive lessons with games and quizzes, filmed video with motion graphics, 2D animation and AR/VR learning. A delivered course includes video lessons or a SCORM 1.2 file ready to upload, an e-handout with end-of-lesson exercises, and a pre- and post-test of 15 to 20 questions in up to 6 formats.

Instructors can apply to create courses with Fastlearn10x, and those who already have video can list courses on the platform, free or paid, according to the FAQ. The partner page describes a high-performance studio and production support, with testimonials from three instructors in strategic planning, productivity and coaching.

Who it suits and who it does not

Fastlearn10x suits Thai-speaking employees, supervisors and managers who want short, practical courses in leadership, soft skills and workplace AI, and HR teams that want an affordable per-person subscription for staff with reporting on top. Training providers and coaches who want their own branded academy, with SCORM support and built-in payments, can license the LMS.

It is a poor fit for learners who need courses in English, or long technical programs, since the catalog is short-format and Thai. Instructors looking for a published revenue share will need to apply first.
