What EduWork is

EduWork is an Indonesian online training platform aimed at people who want a job, or a better one. Its FAQ calls it "platform belajar online yang fokus membantu kamu siap kerja" (an online learning platform focused on getting you job-ready), and its slogan is "Education for the Real Work!" The company profile says EduWork has been running "Sejak 2020" (since 2020) under PT Wiyata Insan Bestari, with an office on Jl. Jogokaryan in Mantrijeron, Yogyakarta, and that the company is registered with the Indonesian law ministry's AHU Online system and as an electronic system operator with the communications ministry.

The product line has four parts a learner can buy: live bootcamps, self-paced e-courses, BNSP certification (Indonesia's national professional certification agency, Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi), and a digital product track that teaches people to package their skills into something they can sell. The company profile also lists corporate training "untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan performa tim perusahaan" (to raise a company team's competence and performance) and CV and LinkedIn consultation. The site's top categories are programming, human resources, social media, digital marketing and office skills. Everything is in Indonesian.

The profile backs this with its own numbers: "11.327+ Siswa dan Alumni" (students and alumni), "1.000+ Siswa diterima magang & kerja" (students accepted into internships and jobs) and "150+ perusahaan mitra telah merekrut alumni kami" (partner companies that have hired its alumni). The HR bootcamp page gives a higher partner figure, 250+.

The bootcamps

The bootcamp page lists the programs with their mentors and prices: Human Resource & Talent Acquisition at Rp 299.000, Social Media Specialist at Rp 499.000, Digital Marketing Specialist at Rp 699.000, and Fullstack Programming dari 0, a from-scratch full-stack course that the page says moves faster "dengan bantuan AI" (with the help of AI). The company profile describes a bootcamp as a structured live class program "dilengkapi dengan fasilitas penempatan magang dan mentoring one on one" (with internship placement and one-on-one mentoring).

The HR bootcamp page shows how one runs in detail. It promises to get a beginner or career switcher ready as an HR and talent acquisition professional "dalam 2 Bulan" (in 2 months). Classes are 100% online over Zoom, three evenings a week, with recordings and materials kept for life. The curriculum covers HR basics, talent and team management, SOPs, handbooks and job descriptions, end-to-end recruitment, tech recruitment, onboarding and CV review, KPIs and OKRs, the Omnibus job creation law, BPJS health and employment insurance through the Edabu system, payroll, HR business partnering and HRIS, employment contracts (PKWT and PKWTT), and a role-play of a tech candidate interview. The mentor named on the page, Nikmah Rosita, is listed as a certified BNSP assessor with more than 5 years in HR.

The program runs in stages: onboarding and LMS access, 12 live sessions with the mentor, BNSP exam coaching, an internship with an EduWork partner company built around a capstone project, and a graduation session where students present their portfolio. The last three only come with certain packages.

Four packages are on the page. Paket 1, Fundamental Program, costs Rp299.000 for 5 live classes. Paket 2, Skill Mastery, costs Rp599.000 for 12. Paket 3, Career Accelerator, costs Rp1.999.000 for 12 classes plus an internship. Paket 4 costs Rp2.999.000 for 12 classes, the internship and BNSP certification, and is pitched at those who want "bukti kompetensi profesi yang diakui negara" (state-recognized proof of professional competence). Extras listed on the page include an ATS CV generator, a WhatsApp community, career consultation, an interview e-book and a bonus pack of 20 HR templates the page values at Rp1.000.000. The FAQ says there is no selection test to join, and that programming bootcamps need a laptop or computer.

E-courses

The e-course page sells short video courses "Mulai dari Rp 49.000" (from Rp 49.000) and advertise a 50% discount for same-day sign-ups. These are flexible, self-paced classes with lifetime access to the material and practice projects meant to end in a portfolio piece. Titles include storytelling for content (Rp 99.000), graphic design in Canva, Excel for HR, how HR picks candidates, personal branding, copywriting, viral content, brand building, funnel marketing, influencer marketing, building a website with AI, and video editing in CapCut Mobile and Adobe Premiere Pro. Each is taught by a working practitioner named on the card.

The content planning e-course is a typical example. Its page shows 398 participants and a 4.5 student rating, and it teaches how to build a content calendar, weekly themes and content pillars. The mentor is the head of social media at the shoe brand Aerostreet. Students work with a smartphone, CapCut, the trend site Countik and a ready-made Excel content plan, and get a bonus pack of 6 social media templates the page values at Rp 250.000.

Certificates

The bootcamp FAQ says everyone receives an EduWork certificate on finishing, while "sertifikat BNSP hanya akan diberikan kepada paket ujian BNSP" (the BNSP certificate goes only to the BNSP exam package). The BNSP exam is taken online, and the fee covers training, the exam and the certificate. The home page adds "Gratis Ujian Ulang Sampai Lulus" (free re-sits until you pass). The site has a certificate check page.

Payment, guarantees and refunds

The terms describe two ways to pay: an Income Sharing Agreement, paid as a percentage of what the student earns after graduating, and regular payment, monthly or in full before the class starts. The HR page offers cash in full or two installments, interest-free, for packages 3 and 4. The company profile advertises "Garansi 100% Penempatan Magang", a guaranteed internship with EduWork partners; the HR page limits the internship guarantee to certain packages and lists it as a 1-month internship. On jobs, the FAQ says only that EduWork works with many companies and "akan membimbing kamu hingga mendapatkan kerja" (will guide you until you get work).

Refunds are requested through the admin on WhatsApp. The class fee is returned minus a 30% administration charge, the student pays the interbank transfer fee, the refund goes to the account used to register, and it is processed within 3x24 working hours. The terms also require 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a class.

Alumni testimonials on the bootcamp page describe being placed in a job within a month of finishing, and one software engineer gives a salary of 20 to 25 juta (million rupiah). These are individual accounts, not program averages.

Who it suits and who it does not

EduWork suits Indonesian school leavers, graduates and career switchers who want a cheap, structured route into HR, social media, digital marketing or programming, with live mentors, a portfolio and, on the higher packages, an internship and a state-recognized BNSP certificate. The e-courses suit working people who want one practical skill at prices from Rp 49.000.

It does not suit anyone who cannot study in Indonesian. Learners who need a job promise rather than placement support should read the terms closely, since the internship guarantee depends on the package. A team buyer will find corporate training mentioned but no plans or prices for it.
