What 窩課360 is
窩課360 (Worker360) is a Taiwanese online course library for adult learners, with courses in Traditional Chinese that a learner buys one at a time and watches on demand. The footer credits the site to 巨匠電腦 (Gjun information Co., Ltd.), and the page notes that it follows Taiwan's website content rating rules. The page title calls it "線上課程平台成就你的專業" (an online course platform that builds your professional skills). Its own description says the library covers courses for every age and makes learning convenient: "點開螢幕就能走進教室" (open the screen and you walk into the classroom). The mission line adds that the company believes learning anything has meaning and wants learners to keep a child's curiosity and become who they want to be.
Most of the catalog is practical software and career training, with a growing share of hobby and lifestyle classes next to it. The site also invites instructors to teach on it and offers company plans, so the library reaches learners, a pool of outside teachers and employers.
What the catalog covers
The course explorer lists the subject areas with the tools taught under each, which gives a fair picture of the depth:

Recent titles show the newer direction. AI and automation are prominent: a workplace course on ChatGPT and AI tools by 張成龍, an n8n automation course by the same instructor on building AI agents, Power Automate Desktop for office workflows, NotebookLM and Napkin AI for knowledge management, and Copilot with Word for document work. Lifestyle classes sit beside them: learning Japanese by watching five classic anime series, two tarot reading courses by Lillian, crochet for beginners, Japanese home cooking with Taiwanese seasonings, watercolor holiday painting, caring for an aging pet, and scent branding. There is also a personal income tax course from a consulting firm and a 3D rendering and VR walkthrough course from DesignPro.
Formats and how a learner finds a course
Courses are labeled 影音 (video) for recorded video on demand or 直播 (live broadcast) for scheduled live classes. Each card shows the running time, from a 40-minute scent branding course to Python for complete beginners at 13 hours 9 minutes and n8n automation at 9 hours 44 minutes. The live example on the homepage is a two-hour Copilot and Office workflow class for administrative and HR staff, scheduled on a single date (11/03).
Besides browsing by subject or searching, a learner can take a personality quiz (個性推薦) that sorts them into one of six types, 架構師 (architect), 創造者 (creator), 領航者 (navigator), 溝通者 (communicator), 執行者 (executor) and 生活家 (lifestyle enthusiast), and then sees courses suggested for that type. The sales ranking (熱銷排行榜) is led by the anime Japanese course, followed by the ChatGPT workplace course, both tarot courses, and two courses by 蘇世榮 on Excel data analysis with Office365 functions and on Power Automate Desktop. The homepage also carries an "everyone wants to learn" row, a recent courses list filterable by subject, free and discounted courses, and an industry column (產業專欄) with articles on AI at work, learning English as a busy employee, social media image sizes and English presentation phrases.
The logged-in account holds my courses, orders, announcements, personal data settings and coupons, and shows a balance of 巨匠點數 (Gjun points). The footer links to a course redemption page (兌換課程) and a classroom software installation page (教室安裝), plus an FAQ.

For instructors and companies
Under 合作 (cooperation) the footer has 成為講師 (become an instructor) and 在窩課授課 (teach on 窩課), and outside instructors and firms do appear on course cards, so the library is open to teachers who want to sell through it. Organizations get an 企業方案 (enterprise plan) page.

Who it suits
窩課360 suits Taiwanese learners who read Traditional Chinese and want short, practical video courses they can buy one at a time: designers picking up a 3D or CAD tool, office staff automating work with Excel, Power Automate or AI tools, and beginners learning Python. The hobby courses make it a fit for people learning for fun as well. The library is built for Chinese speakers, and the homepage says nothing about certificates, so learners after a formal credential should look at what the course page offers before buying.
