What Pesofts is
Pesofts is online exam software for coaching institutes, schools, colleges and companies that want to run tests under their own brand. The home page describes it as an "Exam Platform For Coaching, School, Colleges & Corporates" and lists what it does in short lines: conduct MCQ, subjective and objective papers online, support any paper language, generate quick test reports, and build offline as well as online tests. The proctoring page calls the company "an affordable online teaching platform" that "uses live proctors and AI software to make online proctoring quick, easy, and human." Around the exam engine Pesofts sells several related products: an online teaching app, an online exam app, online assessment software, a quiz maker, computer-based test software and classroom recording software. The site lists the Indian cities it serves, among them Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kota, Lucknow and Patna, and much of its marketing is aimed at institutes preparing students for national competitive exams.
Building and running exams
The exam builder is the core of the product. Teachers upload objective and subjective papers, and the site stresses language support: it "enables you to upload questions/items in any language," so an institute can set papers in a local language as well as in English. The question formats it names are multiple choice, true or false, objective and subjective questions, and the home page mentions question banks, automatic grading and the generation of an answer sheet with an answer key. Students can be added in bulk from an Excel file, which matters for a coaching center enrolling a full batch at once.
Tests can run at scale. The home page promises "Unlimited tests in single time" under concurrent live tests with proctoring, and the platform supports both offline and online tests. For institutes that prepare students for particular exams, the site has dedicated exam software pages for JEE Mains mock tests, RRB JE, IBPS PO, SSC JE, RRB NTPC, CSIR NET, SSC CGL and CUCET (CUET), and the home page notes that national competitive exams such as CTET, UPSC, GATE, IIT JEE and AIIMS have moved online. Administration is built for teams: the site mentions an unlimited multi-login admin login, so several staff members can manage the panel.
Companies are a second audience. The site says the software is easy to use for corporates "for hiring, taking psycho tests and traning of employee," which covers recruitment aptitude tests, psychometric tests and staff training checks.
Proctoring and anti-cheating
Proctoring has its own product page. The approach combines AI monitoring with live proctors: the page says the software monitors each student's exam session and notifies a live test proctor when it notices a possible issue, and the proctor can then join the session and help the student get back on track. Pesofts frames this as exams "supervised by AI and verified by humans" and argues that proctoring is a resource for students and staff, not only a way to catch cheaters.
The features it lists are specific. The live exam panel recognizes the student's face before the paper begins. AI watches physical and digital behavior, such as turning away from the screen, talking to others, screen sharing and secondary devices. Phone detection flags attempts to look up test content on a phone or another device during the exam. Smart speech detection listens for particular words or phrases, and the page gives "Alexa," "OK Google" and "Hey Siri" as examples. A question integrity tool searches the internet for questions that have been leaked, so an instructor can act on them. The app also blocks screenshots on mobile and web, and the institute can control access to student data. The proctoring page adds that live and AI proctoring together can simplify scheduling and lower costs compared with in-person invigilation.
Results, communication and teaching
Results come back as soon as a test is submitted. The home page says the system produces a quick report for each student with fast analysis and a comparison against the toppers' results, and it can generate a report with the answer key at any time for long and short problems. Students see detailed results instantly, which the site presents as a way for teachers to give immediate feedback.
Communication is built in. Integrated SMS and email remind students about a test result, an award or a scholarship, and the system generates quick PDF reports after students submit a test. On the teaching side, the platform supports live classes from any device, mobile or desktop, and recorded video that the institute can sell. The FAQ adds a two-way communication system so students and teachers can talk during a live class.
Two versions, white label and payments
The site describes two versions of its exam software. The first is website-based, responsive, supports iOS and Android, and comes with a dashboard customized to the client's requirements. The second is a web-based testing system for computer screens only, without a customized dashboard and without iOS or Android support. The support team explains both and helps clients use either panel.
White labeling runs through the product: institutes can make the exam software and app "with your branding" and choose a custom theme for both the website and the mobile app. Payments are handled inside the platform as well. The proctoring page says the software has a built-in payment gateway, and that money students pay when buying a course through the website or app goes to the institute's bank. Coupons and tokens let an institute give students discounts.
Pricing, demo and support
The pages print no prices; the site has a pricing section and a "Show Me A Price" button, and the main route in is a free demo, which the FAQ says is always given to new clients first. To set up a panel, a prospective client fills in the inquiry form and Pesofts builds the software panel for them. The site says its support team works 24*7 and resolves examination queries quickly. On data, the FAQ promises that client data is never leaked and that clients can download a data backup at any time.
The home page carries testimonials from coaching institutes. Mr. Mukesh Kumar of Career Endeavour says: "I switched from other vendors to pesofts and surprised because they handle and manage my exam management process very quickly, and they have a best-supported team for providing service at any time." The site also names clients including Kd Campus, Goal Institute, Gate Academy, Pinnacle and Chanakya.
Who it suits
Pesofts suits a coaching institute or test-series business that wants branded exam software and a student app without building its own, especially one that runs mock tests for competitive exams, sets papers in a regional language and wants results, comparisons with toppers and SMS reminders handled automatically. Schools and colleges that need proctored online tests with face recognition and phone detection are also a fit, as are companies running aptitude and psychometric tests during hiring. The built-in payment gateway and the option to sell recorded classes make it more than a test engine for an institute that sells courses as well.
A buyer comparing costs will need to book the demo, since no prices are shown, and should decide early between the app-enabled version and the computer-only one, because the computer-only setup gives up the mobile apps and the custom dashboard.
