What Fyrebox is
Fyrebox is an online quiz maker built for quizzes alone, not for forms and surveys in general. The homepage gives three reasons to make one: "to generate leads, to teach your students or simply to entertain." That splits its users into marketers and online stores, teachers and trainers, and anyone running research or audience engagement. For this directory's readers it is an assessment tool: a teacher can test a class and see results as they come in, and a trainer or course creator can issue a certificate when a quiz is passed. Fyrebox is a registered trademark of Melvia Pty Ltd.
The company's own description of the product is that it "was designed from day one as a dedicated quiz maker," and every feature on its pages follows from that: quiz types, result pages, quiz analytics, certificates and plugins for the sites where quizzes get published.
Building a quiz
There are two ways in. The AI Quiz Maker takes a topic of up to 100 characters and, in the homepage's words, "will generate a complete quiz with questions, answers and scoring," powered by ChatGPT. The company says it drafts questions, answers and result pages "in under a minute," and that most users have their first quiz live within 15 minutes of signing up. Fyrebox also uses AI to generate a background illustration that matches the quiz topic, so a quiz looks finished without any design work. The alternative is to start from a template and write or paste in your own questions.
The newest feature is AI narration. You record 30 seconds of your voice and upload a photo, and Fyrebox generates "narrated clips for every question, explanation and result," with your face turned into a talking-head presenter. For a teacher or a coach, that puts a familiar voice and face on a self-paced quiz without filming anything.
Fyrebox supports the core quiz types out of the box: personality quizzes, scored assessments, product recommendation quizzes and trivia. Personality quizzes use weighted mapping, where each answer can contribute to several outcomes, and end on result pages with images, descriptions and call-to-action buttons. Scored quizzes suit knowledge checks and training. Product recommendation quizzes use conditional product mapping to point a shopper at the right item. Conditional logic and branching are included, and the last page of a quiz can push the participant toward a next step, such as a redirect to a Facebook page or a page on your website. A testimonial from Neil Patel on the homepage mentions setting a time limit, customizing the look and feel, and using your own background image.
Certificates and teaching
Certificates are the feature that matters most for training. The comparison pages describe "built-in certificate generation on paid plans," which issues branded certificates automatically after a quiz is completed, aimed at educators, corporate trainers and course creators who need completion or achievement certificates.
For teachers, the homepage says "from primary school to university, quizzes make education more engaging and fun," and that you can "test the knowledge of your students and view their results in real time." Each quiz records participants and their answers automatically. You can receive a report for each participant or export them all to Excel, and the report shows each participant's answers, the time spent on the quiz and the score.
Analytics and research
The same data serves research. Quiz statistics are available in real time, with details for each question that can be exported to Excel, and Fyrebox shows how many participants started the quiz, finished it, or chose not to complete it, so a quiz can run as an interactive survey. The comparison pages add per-question analytics, drop-off charts, time-spent breakdowns and result-distribution reports. A testimonial from a curatorial assistant at the Canadian Forces Museum of Aerospace Defence describes visitors to an online exhibit who "played the games several times to experiment with other answer combinations."
Lead capture, integrations and publishing
For businesses, a quiz is a lead form people want to finish. The homepage says you can export participants' contact information "to more than 3000 applications." Fyrebox lists 25+ native integrations, including Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, Brevo, MailerLite, Kit, AWeber, GetResponse and Drip on the email side, plus Shopify, WordPress, Wix and BigCommerce, with Zapier covering tools that are not supported natively.
Quizzes embed on any website. Shopify, Wix and WordPress have native plugins, and the company says the WordPress plugin embeds a quiz "in three clicks, with no iframe configuration." Guides cover installing a quiz on Shopify, Wix and BigCommerce sites and sending a quiz to Zoom attendees, which suits a trainer running a live session. The comparison table also credits Fyrebox with multi-language support, marked 80+.
Plans, free use and support
Fyrebox offers "a permanent free plan that lets you create quizzes, collect leads, and embed them on your website," and no credit card is required to sign up. The company says responses are unlimited "on every plan, including the free tier," and its pricing summary promises "No overage fees, no surprise invoices, no response caps." Free quizzes carry Fyrebox branding; upgrading removes it, and white labeling sits on the Pro plan, which the company points agencies toward together with custom CSS. Certificate generation is limited to paid tiers.
The pages describe the paid plans as "more affordable" and send readers to a separate pricing page for the figures, so they publish no paid prices themselves.
Every user, free or paid, "gets email support from a small, responsive team," and paid plans include priority support and migration help. A help center and tutorials are open at any time. There is no one-click import from another quiz tool, so moving existing quizzes means rebuilding them, which the AI Quiz Maker shortens.
Who it suits
Fyrebox suits teachers who want quick, auto-recorded quizzes with real-time results and Excel export; trainers and course creators who want branded certificates issued automatically after an assessment; and marketers or online stores that run personality and product recommendation quizzes to capture leads, especially on WordPress, Shopify or Wix. Unlimited responses on every plan make the cost predictable when a quiz draws more traffic than expected, and the free plan is usable for real quizzes rather than only for testing.
It is a quiz tool and nothing more. Fyrebox describes quizzes, certificates and reports, not courses or learner accounts, so a training team that needs enrollment, learning paths or compliance tracking will use it alongside a course platform or LMS, with Fyrebox providing the quizzes and certificates.
