What it is
EasyEvaluate is online exam software: a web platform for building, delivering and grading tests, quizzes and hiring assessments. The homepage pitches it at schools, colleges, universities, businesses, organizations, clubs and recruiters, and promises that a test creator can design questions, share a secure link, prevent cheating and analyze results from one dashboard. The company's blog describes it as "EasyEvaluate by Rashhworld" and names its best fit as educational institutes, coaching centers and skill-based corporates. Its contact block gives an address in Cuttack, Odisha, India.
The core product is free. The homepage invites visitors to "Try for free, no credit card required", and the blog's FAQ answers the pricing question in three words: "The core is free." Two features cost extra, AI proctoring and an AI question generator, and each is priced at $5 a month.
Building a test
The FAQ says EasyEvaluate "lets you create unlimited tests and questions effortlessly, with no restrictions", so a teacher or recruiter can grow a question bank without hitting a plan ceiling. Similar tests can be generated from an existing one rather than rebuilt from scratch, which matters for anyone setting the same paper for several sections or several hiring rounds. Tests can draw on question banks and use timers and randomization.
Five question formats are supported: multiple choice (MCQ), multiple select (MSQ), true/false, statement type, and assertion and reason. The question editor handles rich text, images, code blocks, tables, LaTeX equations and mathematical symbols, so physics, mathematics and programming items can be written properly rather than pasted in as screenshots.
Smart test settings cover who can access a test, how questions behave, attendee limits, security options, translation and a calculator option. Questions, attendee data, results and mark sheets can be exported as Excel or PDF files and re-imported later, which lets a school keep its own records outside the platform and move a question set between tests.
Delivering it securely
Integrity controls are the center of the product. The homepage lists auto-submit on violation, disabled copy and paste, blocked tab switching, fullscreen enforcement, device tracking, timers and shuffling of questions. The FAQ adds that options are shuffled too and that tracking covers device and IP. These controls are part of the free core, not an upgrade.
On top of them sits optional proctoring, either AI-powered real-time proctoring or manual review. Recordings are stored for 5 days so an instructor can audit a suspicious attempt after the exam. The blog describes the AI proctoring add-on as webcam recording with behavior flagging, priced at $5 a month, and argues that 5-day retention "covers many dispute windows without enterprise archive fees." That is a short window by design: a school that handles appeals weeks after an exam would need to review flagged sessions promptly.
Candidates are invited by email straight from the dashboard. The homepage frames this as an end to copying links one by one into a separate mail tool, and the blog stresses that "Email invites stay free" whatever the size of a campus drive.
Results and analytics
Real-time analytics track performance with instant reports and insights. The blog says the free core includes per-question analytics, and it points recruiters running aptitude screens or campus drives to rank-ordered results, and colleges to exportable mark sheets. For teachers, it describes EasyEvaluate as a quiz maker that handles grading, analytics and scheduling.
The AI add-ons
The AI question generator drafts assessment questions from a topic or passage. The blog describes those drafts as material "for human review", and its buying advice says human review of AI-drafted items, and of flagged proctoring sessions, should stay human. It costs $5 a month. AI proctoring is the second add-on at the same price. Neither is required to run exams, and the blog's FAQ says both are "optional at $5/month each."
Pricing and scale
Pricing is short. The core, covering unlimited tests and questions, question banks, the anti-cheating settings, analytics and email invites, is free. AI proctoring is $5 a month and the AI question generator is $5 a month. The blog adds a warning in the company's own words: "Many enterprise tools price per candidate or seat", and it urges buyers to "model your next year of volume before you standardize."
On scale, the homepage shows 5.5K+ total users, 10K+ total tests and a 4.9/5 portal rating. It says the platform is deployed by academic institutions, enterprises and ed-tech platforms across regions.
Trying it first
Before setting a real test, a candidate or creator can sit one of three demo tests on the homepage: Basic Programming and General Knowledge, each with a 10-minute duration, and Aptitude and Reasoning at 15 minutes. The demos show the test interface and its restrictions from the candidate's side. The company's own pilot advice is practical: write a short paper that includes an image or LaTeX item, attempt it on a phone, send invites to a few internal testers, export the results and check that a non-admin colleague can read the ranks.
What users say
The homepage carries four testimonials, each with a name and role. Leoven R. Basista, an instructor in the Philippines, writes that "The website's built-in program allows me to create quizzes and exams easily, and its restriction feature ensures a secure environment." Sarah Johnson, a training manager in France, used it for a team training quiz and says "I was grateful for the user-friendly interface and the ability to customize the quiz to my specific needs." Rahul Verma, a college student in India, needed a quiz for a school project on a tight deadline and "was able to create a professional-looking quiz in no time." Jimany Harvey, a small business owner in the USA, uses it for quizzes that engage customers and drive traffic to his website.
Support and company
The contact section lists the Cuttack address, the email admin@easyevaluate.com and the phone number +91 7008862618, and the footer adds support@easyevaluate.com. The support menu links to video tutorials and a portal status page. Solution pages cover online exam software, a quiz maker, AI proctoring, recruitment assessments and college exam software.
Who it suits
EasyEvaluate suits teachers, coaching centers and colleges that write their own questions and want real exam controls without a per-candidate bill. STEM departments benefit most from the LaTeX, code and table support, and from the statement type and assertion and reason formats. Recruiters running campus drives or aptitude screens get free email invites, integrity settings and ranked results, and a training manager can put a quick knowledge check after a session at no cost.
It is a narrower fit for teams that want ready-made test libraries, since everything here is authored by the user, and for high-stakes programs that need proctoring recordings kept far longer than 5 days. For most classroom, coaching and screening work, though, the free core covers the whole cycle from writing questions to exporting mark sheets, and the two AI add-ons stay optional.
