What EazyClasses is

EazyClasses is online classroom software for schools, colleges, universities, tutorial centers and coaching institutes. The homepage pitches it as the "most secured E-Classroom platform" for those institutions, and the software page describes an e-learning platform where educators "create online classes where they keep all courses, study materials, manage assignments, quizzes and conduct exams using a standalone application."

It brings the daily work of teaching into one system. According to the homepage, a school can run "all the academic activities like taking Online Classes, Offline Classes, sharing Notes & Study materials, Audios, Videos, giving Assignments, Question and Answers, MCQ tests and many more." The product comes from EBest Solutions Pvt. Ltd., named in the site's copyright line, and the contact section lists offices in Kolkata, the United Kingdom and Bangladesh, with a registered office in Durgapur, West Bengal.

The reader here is an institution rather than an individual creator: a school or coaching center that wants its teachers, students and administrators working in the same portal, with live classes on a video tool and everything around them (materials, homework, tests and questions) kept in EazyClasses.

Live and recorded classes

Classes come in two forms. Online classes are live sessions run through a connected video tool. The homepage describes EazyClasses as "One Single platform replacing Whatsapp, any E-classroom platform and integrated with Microsoft Team, Google Talk, Zoom for Online Classes," and the software page mentions "easy integration of Microsoft team, Google classroom." Offline classes are the recordings. The homepage says "Teachers will schedule online classes, check feedback of the students after the class and upload the Online class video in Offline Class section for future viewing."

Students attend by giving attendance, "enter class summary within 1 hour of the class," and use the Offline Class section to review a lesson or watch one they missed. The software page adds that "The attendance is automatically tracked and kept on records," that tests can be given before and after a session, and that "The reports are prepared using the automation right after the session is over." Teachers can schedule, manage and monitor live sessions and pull automated reports for teachers or management. Students can attend on smartphones, tablets, PCs and laptops, from any internet browser.

The software page describes the virtual classroom as "a digital replica of a traditional classroom or training," in which students join discussions and share ideas in real time, and says teachers can reach a geographically spread audience at any time. The same page says the software is "incorporated in various schools, for teaching students online," though it names no schools.

Study materials and the library

Teachers upload study materials as "Documents-Files of any format, Audio, Video." The software page describes a library for "study material, online audio/video files, presentations, PPT, documents in MS Word, PDF's," which teachers and administrators can upload, organize and store for students to open from anywhere at any time. Content uploaded once can be reused later for different classes. The software keeps track of which materials each student has viewed and generates reports on it, so a teacher can see who has done the reading.

Assignments and tests

Assignments are uploaded with a timeline. Students download the assignment allotted to them, solve it and upload their work for the teacher to review. For assessment, teachers prepare a question bank and allocate quizzes and MCQ tests, and the homepage notes that the question bank supports images as questions. Students take quizzes and tests for self-assessment. The software page says the platform offers "results grades and providing students with feedback."

Teachers also prepare question-and-answer sets, which students read as revision material alongside the tests.

Teacher and student communication

Communication runs through blogs and a section the site calls Teacher Connect. Teachers post blogs, and students can ask a question about any study material, assignment or class, read the teacher's answer and continue the discussion. The homepage adds that "the chat remains stored for future use." The software page lists "chat, open discussions, boards, polls, multimedia content and blogs" as part of the platform, and teachers collect feedback from students after each live class.

Administration

Administrators manage the institution's side. The homepage lists four admin activities. Identity management covers creating and managing users, assigning roles and rights, and viewing user logs. Content review means checking the study materials teachers upload, with a "random check if there is any Copyright violation etc., quality of Study materials uploaded," and reviewing the tests students have taken. Search and report generation pulls data to report to management. Notification management covers the content of SMS and email notifications, which administrators send to teachers and students when required.

The salient features list adds a "Strong User management module," "Easy generation of customizable reports," data backup at regular intervals, compatibility with all modern browsers, a responsive design for phones, tablets and laptops, and that the system is "Integrable with any Payment Gateway." The site says it was "Developed in open source," and the software page describes it as "built with collaborative efforts with the open-source learning management system."

Security

Security is the homepage's headline claim. It says the application was "tested for all the major security vulnerabilities" by certified cyber security experts, and lists secured identity management, stringent privacy control, encrypted channels for communication, rights management, role-based access, and a web application firewall.

Getting a demo

The site publishes no prices. Its main call to action is a form to register for a demo, and the contact section lists phone numbers and an email address alongside the office addresses.

Who it suits

EazyClasses suits a school, college or coaching center that already teaches live on a video-call tool and wants a structured portal around those classes: recorded lessons, a materials library with viewing reports, assignments, MCQ tests, a question-and-answer channel with teachers, and administrator control over users, content and notifications. Coaching institutes that currently run their classes through WhatsApp groups are the clearest fit for its pitch, since the homepage presents it as the replacement.

It is a portal for institutions rather than a marketplace or a storefront for an individual course creator, and the live video itself runs on the connected meeting tool. Pricing comes through the demo process.
